Worst company, ever
December 20, 2018

I wish I had read these reviews before being mislead by this company and the product they allegedly sell. Ordered something for a Christmas gift which will obviously not arrive on time, despite advertising to the contrary. Worst company ever. DON'T BUY!

Disappointed

Ok very dissatisfied with shipping time but I finally received it plugged it in and it looks 3D ish in the dark should have been more like $25.00 I will never order from them again but I did finally receive the product

Scam
December 19, 2018

Ordered product and was stated that it would ship on 12/14/18 with 4-5 day arrival. On the 17th received an update that they will "pick" the order in a few days and will take weeks to arrive. Several attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. Don't wast your time or money.

Poor customer service
December 19, 2018

Tried to contact their customer service at least six different times and either could not get through, or got no response. Asked to have my order cancelled because of lack of response and the fact that I was led to believe that it would ship and deliver before Christmas. They eagerly debited my card, but never responded. I am disputing the transaction and hopefully will get reimbursed. I wish that I had read the company reviews before I made the mistake of purchasing from them.

I ordered a custom made 3D light for my grandson for Christmas on November 5th and as of today, December 17th, have not seen it and expect not to. Don't be fooled by the emails they occasionally return that "it will be in the mail next week" crap. This is a horrible company and had I don't better research i could have saved myself like $160. And then to read all it is is a piece of plastic with some etching on it and definitely not 3D makes me even more upset. So terribly disappointed as this was to be my grandsons main gift, now i have to go out and replace that. This retired Grandma is definitely disappointed and frustrated.

Be cautious of this company. VERY cautious. They gladly take your money but if you have a problem there's no way to contact them. Check their site. You wont find a phone contact and their email is answered by a bot. No real people on staff? No real way to straighten out problems. Emails after five days have not been answered. They just dont care. Now I have 2 lamps I didn't order and apparently cannot be exchanged. They are just not worth the hassle.

I usually check out reviews of products before I purchase them, but for whatever reason, I failed to do so this time. There are 15 5-star reviews which were probably all written by employees of this company or a single individual who was paid to make the product sound good. Nearly all the rest are 1-star reviews like mine, because that's the lowest rating you can give. I agree with another consumer who said they wished they could give a 0-star review because that's what they deserve. The designs look like 3-D in their deceptive ads, but it's probably CG or photo-shopped. I didn't have a problem with delivery as did so many, but I almost wish I did. Then I might be able to go to my credit card company and get a full refund because of fraud. Chas. C.

I ordered a lamp back in October for $200. I emailed on 10/2 and was told since it was a special order. Hear it is 12/14. I checked its status. I was told the order was not found or was deleted. I will also notify Pch.com to stop sending email from this company because of my experience.

Terrible customer service
December 14, 2018

I ordered a lamp on November 25th. Today is December 14th and still no shipment notification. I asked customer service twice for a shipping date and still no response. If it doesn't arrive I'm going to contest the credit card charge and complain to the Florida Attorney General.

I ordered the items and it double charged the credit card with a second order. Now I've tried to track the package but Fex Ex gave it to USPS who can't track it with a Fed Ex number, and then the Suite Number wasn't put on it so it was returned to sender in Texas. No one at customer service reads the messages. They reply with "your package has been delivered, check with your neighbors." Guess what, it's back at your center, so NO my neighbors don't have it, you Do!!!!!

I too should have read the reviews. Notification said I would receive my lamp December 8. Still waiting. UPS cannot help because it has been given a USPS tracking number, post office said they never got it. 5 days and 5 emails, still no response. Don't take a chance on this company.

I ordered 3 of these lamps as gifts; I loved the fact that they would appear to be 3-D when lit. When they arrived, they were simply etched plastic drawings, and when lit, there was no 3-D effect at all. What a rip-off! When I complained to the company that they were not as advertised and that I did not want to pay a "restocking fee" to return them, they offered me $10 to just keep them. I told them, "No thanks!" I would be embarrassed to give these as gift. I believe that this company posts its own positive reviews. Be warned...

Concerning

After reading these reviews there seems to be a pattern. I placed my order on 11/29/18. Still havent received a shipping confirmation. Emailed twice with no response. I finally called today and after being on hild for 45 minutes my call was answered. It seems a story was made up for everyone. I could hear other people in the background giving the same story i was given. The whole pallet of items was lost! Yeah, right. She promised to personally send my item to FedEx today and have it here by Christmas. I'm 98% sure that wont happen but I will wait 2 more days and if my item hasn't shipped I will request a refund that I will probably never get. All buyers should be extremely cautious...

Scam site
December 13, 2018

This site is a scam stay away. Ordered four lights on Nov. 22 for x-mas presents. Nov. 29th received an e-mail stating a label has been printed from Fed-ex and was given a tracking number. I have checked that tracking number every day since and states the same thing. The lamps have still not been sent as of Dec. 13th. Filed a fraudulent claim with my card company. Lampeez charged my card the same night I placed the order. Please pass this on to all your friends out there to stay clear of this site.

I believe this company is a scam. I called a number and it said you have reached us after business hours. Really at 11 am? I think they are using a Texas address but are based overseas in China. I ordered over 300 dollars in merchandise and have received no communication from them at all. No shipping date or tracking number. The only way you can respond is through email. No way! I have learned my lesson and will never order from them again. Hopefully I can get my 300 dollars back.

AWFUL!

Took my money but no Lamp! I have been emailing texting and calling to no avail. NO response. I have no sent a complaint to the better business bureau. FYI phone number listed above it no longer in service and new number given just says you are calling after hours.
