A really unique and very nice lamp. The only issue I have, after placing an order, there was no confirmation nor follow up when the item would be shipped.
I received the item after 2 weeks and very happy I ordered.

Rip Off Artist

Ordered 2 lamps on Dec 7th and never received them. Emailed them since they have no phone number to call. Never received response from them as of 12/26. Reporting them to Better Business Bureau and calling my bank to dispute transaction. UPS shows shipping label created and USPS shows sent to Colony TX. With an alert by tracking number and can find no record of tracking #. DO NOT order from this company.

Definitely not 3D. False advertising. Was very dissatisfied when I got this piece of $#*! definitely. A piece of cheap crap. Piece of plex-glass with some light on it. Piece of $#*! not worth 40 dollars by along shot

I ordered these lamps, recieved an email that they had been delivered, but they were never delivered. Emailed the merchant and got no response. This is why I don't order anything unless it's on Amazon. Scammers! Be aware.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Ordered for a Christmas gift on 12. 4. 18. They advertise shipping starting at $7, however they charged me almost $11 for standard and I was willing to accept that. Promised shipping within 3 to 10 days. After 11 days I contacted them and they said it should arrive on or before 12. 22. 18, that the order was going that day. After two days i again contacted and asked for a tracking number. Again, they replied by email that it would arrive by the 22nd. Today is the 24th, still no lamp that was a gift for my granddaughter on Christmas. No response from this company, no email, nothing!, to let me know where it is. So now I don't have a gift for my granddaughter and I will never order from this company again!

Terrible customer service

I received my lampeez & was very disappointed. I emailed for instructions to return the product & was told i needed to pay my own shipment fees PLUS at 10% "restocking fee" PLUS $7.99 addtional shipping (even though I paid for the shipping charges on my own?). Will never buy another one of these again.

I ordered my lamps early in November. It is now Christmas Eve and tracking on their website still shows in Texas as of Nov 25th. Tracked with USPS and they have no record of the number. Have sent many emails and even tried a "live" chat. NOTHING. This company is joke. Can't get a phone number or any real person to reply. So not only am I out 3 Christmas presents, I can't even get my money back! I wish their was a zero star option.

Not impressed.

I ordered this lamp on November 22nd and I finally received this lamp on December 23rd after emailing the company about 10 times asking where is my order. I ordered it again on Amazon and got in 2 days 30 $$ cheaper. Same exact product same size nothing different. I would never order from this company again because of their customer service issues.

Gave it one star because I didn't have the option of ZERO stars. Thought this would be the ultimate Christmas gift. WRONG! Nothing more than a piece of plastic in the shape of an elephant with white lines. And to add insult to injury I spent the additional $20 for the larger size. So sorry I didn't find this review first.

Horrible

The ads are so misleading, and the cost is not worth what u get. I received my so called 90 dollar lamp, with Xtra base, I received a 6 inch product went through hell trying to get the right lamp. AND here it is Xmas in 4 days and I still don't have the right product. Not only did I mail the wrong one back, but they requested a picture, and tracking number. I couldn't find the tracking number cause I sent it back a week ago. Horrible customer service. My friend has not received her lamp she ordered on December 13.

Same issues as listed by many other reviewers. I hope I can help with the info listed below!

*******821- I think this might be the owner's cell phone number. I had to look up the transaction with my bank so I could dispute the charge (no contact after placing the order). This was a phone number connected to the transaction. When I called the number, a lady answered and she did help me. I live in Texas, not far from their warehouse, and she helped me track down my order and offered to let me come get it if it hadn't shipped yet (it did ship, I was just not notified).

*******699- this is the customer service number she wanted me to call. I didn't get that far as I insisted on resolving the matter with her on her cell.

Hope this helps some of you trying to find your order!

Very disappointed with this lamp. I can't believe they call this a lamp. Cheap plastic item. Not worth the money. The pictures are very deceiving.

When I ordered my light, I didn't get a conformation, and after reading these reviews I thought for sure I was going to be in trouble. No I couldn't reach anyone to talk to and as waiting to talk to Visa about getting my money back.
Well it came in one week, it's easy to operate and is adorable. It can run off 3x AAA batteries or power plug. Love it!

Rip-off not 3D

I received the two lamps I ordered fairly quickly. I wished I had tried them out as soon as I got them. They are not 3D at all. Just an etched figure on hard plastic that lights up. I would be embarrassed to give these to my daughters as gifts. Now I am one gift short for them for Christmas.

This has been an awful experience, it took forever and when I "contacted" customer service it just kept saying give it a couple days - now my lamp comes after 6 weeks and I didn't get the extra base I ordered and was charged for. There is no way to contact the company and it's very sad. They are even advertising get it by Christmas - BS - plan on 6 weeks or longer if you even get your total order! THEY ARE AWFUL AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Awesome, cool lamp!

Exceeds expectations and a proper delivery. Better than the description in the order! I was shocked how real the soccer ball and swans look from about five feet away. They make the best night lights and my sons' sleepovers have resulted in several parents wondering where I got these. Absolutely worth the the cool factor! If only they had licenses car logos (Chevy, Ford, McClaren, AMG, etc) for grownups!

Customer no service

I ordered two lamps for my granddaughters for Xmas on Nov 22nd. On Monday 12/17 I had received no word and sent an email requesting status of order. Aside from a bot response that they had received my request, by this morning I had no word. I followed up with another email that if I didn't receive proof of shipment by end of day, I wanted order cancelled and would notify my credit card company to reverse the charges. When I got home, I found the box on my doorstep. The lamps are ok but not worth the money. Don't bother.

Don't order

I wish I had checked the company out BEFORE I ordered the lamp on 11/16. Still have not received product. Have sent and received several emails from company, last time on 12/11. First... order was lost and then found... next email,,, busy time of year. I have given up on it and sent a dispute to my credit card company to obtain a refund.

Poor customer service

I received my lamp 3 days ago. I emailed customer service with a simple question regarding operation of the device. I'm still waiting for the information- just received a return email saying they received my request. This a gift for my daughter and I feel the information is important to pass on to her.
