I ordered a swimmer lamp as a gift for my son and they sent me one with a wine bottle and glasses instead. Since there is no phone # to call, I submitted a support
Ticket on the website on Dec 26 to hopefully get this fixed. Although I did get a reply from Lampeez support stating they would send me the actual product I ordered, it is now Jan 18 and I have not received anything. I have sent multiple emails requesting an update with no response. I finally had open a dispute on my credit card because customer support at Lampeez is basically non-existent. They don't seem to care to resolve any issues customers have. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I placed order along with custom order.
I recieved email once a week for two weeks that my order was being shipped and i would recieve confirmation email from shipping. No confirmation. I asked for refund. They emailed me list of all items being refunded and the amount to be refunded. That total came out to over 300.00
Then they showed amount actual refunded.
A little over 51.00. No explanation
Then they tried shipping part of my order 2 days after emailing me that my order would take 3 to 4 months.
I replied the shipping information of items was incorrect. 3 days later they shipped incorrect order without responce. Then i recieved email stating my order was being refunded. All items were listed with exception of items order and paid for but not included as part of my order.
The amount to be refunded over 320.00
Then it stated amount refunded 51.00
Then i recieved email asking if i want my order shipped to which i replied.
Take a picture of items to be shipped attach picture to shipping email to prove my items are in shipment.
Two weeks later no reply to any email regarding status.

I had two orders both the same. Two and two I got two and one. But paid for four. Email and message for three weeks with no help. I am sure I will be more business with this company. Thanks for ripping me off. People need to learn how to count to four

We ordered 2 lamps

We ordered 2 lamps, one the wine bottles and the other the Love balloons. Pleased with both. Had a problem with the balloons, but they addressed it promptly. Would order another balloon at same price we paid. Gave wine bottles as a gift and they LOVE it.

I ordered 5 of these lamps as Christmas gifts at the last minute. Had all within a week and in time for Christmas! Everybody absolutely Loves them as they are so unusual. Really shocked when I came here to give a review seeing all of the negatives. :o Lamps work Great. Everyone Loves. Shipped Timely. So sad so many others weren't happy. Had I looked at these reviews before ordering, I wouldn't have ordered. So Glad I Did!

Do not order

I ordered a lamp for my son in Oct. For a Christmas present. Finally got it and what a cheap piece of plastic that was. 12/24 email said they did a partial refund. But never got it. A week ago I emailed and asked what account this credit went to. No response. Four days later I emailed again. Seven days after my first email I emailed and said I was going to report them. Today they did the refund.

I had same experience as others. Ordered lacrosse lamp in November as Christmas gift for my son. Received it 3 days before Christmas & it was a hockey player! Wrong! Emailed company 3 times with no response. I'm furious! They should be shut down!

This company is a complete joke. Don't waste your time or money ordering from them. Ordered something in November. Didn't get it until late December. They sent me the wrong item. I sent the wrong item back. I then spent another month waiting for the correct lamp... never got it. Demanded a refund and they only gave me a partial refund. They will hear from me everyday until I get a full refund. P.S. It's taking a lot of self control not to use colorful language in this review. This "company" is RIDICULOUS.

I bought one of these lamps for my sister thinking it would be a cool gift. It was so bad that it literally has become a joke to my family to say I give terrible gifts. Total joke of a product.

I ordered 4 large items from lampeeze (does not deserve to be capitalized) as Christmas presents. I received a box, days after Christmas, with only 3 items. I have emailed and called and no one seems to care I am missing my 85 year old Mother's "Jesus on a Cross" lamp Christmas lamp. How sad is that? Lesson learned! Next call is to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered lamp, not delivered within a reasonable time frame, returned. Attempted to call company, they give you the we are busy, but when you come to the top of the queue, it hangs up on you. Messaged on their face book page, and got a meaningless response in 5 days.

Piece of junk. It's just a piece of plexiglass in a stand that lights up. I haven't bothered to see if it changed colors. Not worth the effort.

I was blown away when i got this lamp as a gift for my son... Its a piece of plexiglass. When I tried sending them e-mails twice to return this CRAP they wont even return your messages. I saw a few phone numbers to call but they just say that do to the high volume of calls (sure all of us idiots who purchased there junk) that you have to leave messages at the help tab. Well lets not hold our breath as i dont see any paybacks coming from this scammers site. BEWARE of Lampeez

It's been 8 mos. And several letters to them, regarding "never received anything, and was billed" Only reply I get from them is that it's being reviewed. And when I write back, asking WHEN can I expect to hear from someone, I only get ads wanting me to make a purchase. NEVER answering my question!

I bought a sea turtle, Nov 30th it was delivered on Dec 20th and it was a hockey player.as. Christmas gift I had to buy something else. Tried to contact this company and no Ph# just an email which they did not respond to. So I am left with an item I do not want or need. I did receive an email for 10% off as an "Oops we made an mistake". What kind of business is this? Think twice before ordering from this company the item when opened was not even close to the picture shown... BUYER BEWARE!

Not as shown. Says colors change but they don't. You have to change to a color manually. Piece of plexiglass. Very cheap worst customer service ever. Steer clear of this company

This is not a 3D lamp, it's just a cheap piece of CRAP!
I'm trying to return and they never answer my question on how to do that to receive a refund. They answer some emails but never the question asked "HOW DO I RETURN FOR A REFUND!?"
These dirtbags ripped me off, no worries though, KARMA COMES AROUND!
Stealing mine and so many others hard earned money, they should be ashamed.
DON'T GET SCAMMED!

I ordered my Lampeez lamps for my grandsons, for Christmas and one for myself, lol. After seeing them in the "shipping cueue" for longer than I would expect (2 1/2 weeks), I called them. The reviews that I read made me afraid of what I purchased and I was scared that I had been scammed. Not a good feeling the week before Christmas and shelling out this kind of money. I was told my order was being held back because one of the items (my personal item) was not available until after Dec. 31. I was credited that item and the other 2 for my grandsons were expedited to arrive before Chriistmas. Well, they arrived before Christmas and I was credited the other that wasn't available. I am VERY HaPpY with my boys gifts! They are AWESOME! I don't understand all the negativity that I have read. I would definitely order from Lampeez again. I will have to go back and get mine, lol!

This company is a master at the bait and switch. The ads online depict an alluring 3-D high tech color display that looks like it would enhance any room.
When you receive your order, you will surely be disappointed- you get a piece of cheap plexiglass that inserts into a battery powered light source. It's junk. You wouldn't put it in your 5-year old's room if you wanted to amuse them.
