Sent the small when I paid for large. Lamp base didn't even work properly. Returned for refund, when I didn't get money back they refuse any further help because I didn't pay extra for tracking shipment. So now I have no lamp, no refund, and no cares from company. Terrible product and even worse customer service! Beware and don't do business with them!

Did not receive order. Custimer service kept saying it was shipped and after the 4th time calling and 3 months later they said it was backordered and did not know when it would come in. I asked for a refund and was told they would try but not sure it would process because the item showed as shipped, To this day I have not received the order or the refund. This is the WORST company I have ever delt with!

I paid $40.00+shipping for this Lampeez lamp and soon after discovered Amazon Prime has the same item for $19.99 including shipping. I will never order directly from Lampeez again!

I purchased the Musical Notes 3D illusion lamp as a little side gift for Christmas 2018, for my teenage son who excels in music. I was so happy when he opened it and was very excited to get it! It looks stunning on his bedside table. He is very happy with the features and looks of this unique gift. Would definitely buy from this company again.

I got the wine lamp for my daughter for her birthday. She has incorporated it in her wine bar/wine /fridge area and she loves it.

Do not waste your money on these lamps. They are very poor quality, and there is no 3D at all. The price is way out of line, they should be priced at $5 or less.

The lamp gives off just enough light for night and she loves the horse head. My daughter is grown and sometimes hard to find just the right gift. Lampeez was a great gift.

I never received the lamp I ordered from Lampeez. I can't believe they never sent it. When I contacted customer service it was a joke. They said they sent it to the wrong address, even though I gave them the right address. They never made good on it.

I purchased the elephant lamp for my daughter as a Christmas present. She was thrilled with it and promptly placed it in her home office. It was easy to set up and made a wonderful night light also. I cannot understand how anyone would not like these lights. I thought they were beautiful and made a delightful gift. I had no trouble with my order and it arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Do not buy! Dollar stores have better quality!

Wish I could give 0 stars! I ordered a football and a wolf. Received 2 footballs. Was too late to return. Footballs did not look 3D. Was going to give as Christmas presents but was so disappointed in the product, I couldn't even gift them.

I placed an order for Christmas and my order showed up missing half the parts. I placed an exchange order and after 9 months I still don't have my replacement order. They have my money, no one ever answers the phone and they don't return calls. These guys are crooks and giving them one star is one star too many! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS!

Paid for shipping when placing order. Just received a bill from FedEx for $18, a month after I placed the order. Supposed to have received the order before Christmas, it never happened. Glad I didn't pay the higher charge for quicker service, would have been a waste of money. Such a shame, because I'm happy with the product.

There should be a zero don't deserve a one! What do you do to get your item? I'm lost dealing with this company, been doing this since November, son never got Christmas present. Do you ever get your product ever or should I just kiss my $50 goodbye I can't believe they can just get away with this.

The lamps themselves are good. Shipping is terrible. Very slow. There is no phone number for the company. The only way to contact them is via email and they do not respond. I ordered a lamp in early January, they said it would ship is 3 to 5 days. I did not receive it until the 23rd. No reason why and no contact from anyone. I will probably never order from them again.

I ordered a hockey light for my grandson in plenty of time for it to arrive at my place. I was going to go to their house for Christmas in another state and it showed up two days after I left. I was gone for three weeks and when I got back they wouldn't let me return the first one because their limit is only 14 days. I do not recommend doing Business with this company.
