This product is a pane of plastic with a design etched into it that glows when turned on. I'm embarrassed I sent it as a gift.

Rip off. Flat etched plastic. Buy from Amazon for 1/3 the price with free shipping and returns. Have to pay about $20 to return item between shipping and restocking fee. I don't even wNt the item because it reminds me of how my husband got ripped off trying to buy me a nice gift.

PROS: Arrived within a few days of ordering; packaging was nice
CONS: Way overpriced; never received any type of receipt for purchase; emailed and never received a response; looks cheap definitely not what I expected, I ordered 3; I would send it back except I would have to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee; no receipt or packing statement in box when it arrived.

The product is a poor excuse for 3D illusion. It's over priced for what you actually get.
You failed to make your committed delivery date.
My overall experience was not good at all. I won't be doing business with you again.

I purchased 4 lamps, upon arrival, we were dissappointed at the light weight of the bases and the difficulty of plugging the electrical cord to it... it felt very flimsy and the on/ off button barely worked on all of them. Since we purchased them for night lights in various rooms, we opted to leave them on so we don't have to wiggle each night. One of them, the owl in big size stopped working after one day. I called customer service and vm said that employees working from home due to pandemic, and to not leave a message, instead communicate by email only. It's been 2 weeks and no reply to my request to return. It seems i will end up having to do a charge for for the $63 value of the owl lamp. The other lamps still work, but feel flimsy and like they cost $5 to make. Totally over priced, but cute idea. Let's hope that the remaining $99 purchase on the 3 lamps i will keep works long enough that i don't feel like i was totally ripped off.

I have bought 2 lights and I am so pleased with them, They fit nicely into all areas, I am actually looking to buy another one, I really think they are unique, Love them,

Paid an extra $12.99 to expediate delivery. Instead it took 2 weeks. Took 8 days just to go from texas to west virginia ( final destination philadelphia) which makes me think the lamp sat in warehouse for a week before being shipped out. Totally ruined a child's birthday. They suck and i would NEVER use them again.

Cheap 2D junk. The photos used are clearly false advertising as the actual product does not look 3D.

I gave my family these lamps for Christmas and bought some for myself. We find them beautiful and fascinating as they glow in a selected color or change colors continuously. They are ideal night lights. My experience with the company also was good. The lamps are attractively priced. All of them arrived promptly in perfect condition. I will be giving these to my great-niece and great-nephew for their birthdays this year.

This item was a gift, and they love it. Great service and easy ordering on line. Delivery was fast and no problems. Thanks for the great service.

My son has played the Saxaphone for years. I thought this was a perfect gift. I loved it and I truly liked the way the lights went into different colors. I bought the smaller size so he could use it as a night light. Loved it.

I love it and wish I had bought the bigger version of it. I will definitely buy again and some for my golf buddies as presents.

It's tough to buy a gift for couples, finding something they might both like. The lotus lamp from Lampeez did the trick. The service was amazing. I ordered at the last minute, but my friends received the lamp Christmas Eve. I may buy more of these pretty little lamps for family members. I recommend both the product and the service.

We ordered two different lamps. The one that actually arrived is okay but certainly does NOT look like it is 3D as they make them appear on their site. The second one we ordered as a gift for our daughter did not arrive for Xmas. First, their coupon that I used stated it would be discounted PLUS give free shipping. Well, it charged the shipping fee and when I contacted customer service, their response was that free shipping ONLY applies to orders over $100, Their coupon did NOT state that so it was very misleading. Then, when I contacted them regarding the order not arriving, they replied that we put an "incorrect" shipping address! WHY did they not let us know their was an issue with the shipping address (which WAS correct) rather than do nothing until we discovered it never arrived?
Based on all of these issues, we will NEVER do business with this company again!

The Lampeez butterfly lamp is the perfect addition to my extensive butterfly collection. As a matter of fact, I loved the first one so much that I bought 2 more! One serves as a nightlight in my bedroom window. What I like most is the choice of colors, purple being my favorite. That's what sealed the deal for me. Delivery was timely so I had no reason to contact customer service.

Really cheap company. Do not ask for item to be gift wrapped. They stuck box in a sealable, decorated paper bag, for $10.00! Hubby liked item I bought him, but I will never buy from them again!
