Ordering was easy and received my order as promised. It was a gift for my nephew, he collects flags. He loves it.

The LED quit working a little over 3 months and they refuse to replace it. DO NOT BUY. POOR quality and POOR customer service.

I purchased the Yoga 3D Illusion lamp for myself, then as a gift to a few Dear Friends, all of whom told me that they love it. I find the lines and pose quite elegant.

Personally, I have the lamp facing me at meals, and by me during my morning yoga and chanting as a silent, illuminated and illuminating Friend watching over me.

Product worked for 1 month then quit working. Contacted the company they said return policy is only 14 days.

I bought a Lotus Lampeez for my wife, and a Guitar one for myself. I enjoy it a lot and they add a nice touch the rooms they are in. I did have an issue with the Guitar one, in that the wall unit adapter USB failed within a month. I e-mailed the customer service dept. and it's regrettable they do not have an active phone service. However I received a text response from a customer rep within two days, and after I explained it was an issue with the wall adapter, not the base or USB cord. Within three days the company sent me a new adapter, cord and base. I know some customers have had issues with their customer service but my experience was quite good. If you're expecting fireworks or a dazzling light show, you'll be disappointed. But this is a simple, but attractive little lamp that adds a nice colorful glow to a room.

I bought the wine lamp as a gift for a friend. He and his wife both love it. They told me that everyone that sees it asks, "Where did you get that"? It's so cool! I bought the taller lamp. A bit pricey but well worth it. I will not hesitate to order from this company again

My mother purchased a football lamp for Christmas for my son, the base was assembled incorrectly and I'm unable to plug the cord on to make it work. I have sent numerous emails as requested by the company since nobody can seem to answer a phone anymore. The incompetent employees can't seem to get their head out of their $#*! and do their job and ACTUALLY LOOK THE INFORMATION UP. I have been waiting since my first contract with them back on December 29th and I'm still waiting on the goof off to review the case. I dont know about you but it sure as hell doesn't take 2 months to review 3 pictures I provided clearly showing the problem and for that problem to be corrected. I will be contacting the BBB about this issue as I am fed up with the lazy, inconsiderate, and just flat out Incompetency of the entire company it seems as nobody can seem to DO THEIR JOB!

Received defective base and was told to buy a new one from their website. Lamp worked 3 time before it went bad. Total scam for a $40 piece of crap. Don't buy anything from this company.

Won't exchange it. Poor customer service. Filed with BBB and shocked at all the terrible reviews and unanswered and unresolved complaints. Telling EVERYONE NEVER TO ORDER! You deserve your bad reputation!

I purchased the hummingbird Lampeez for my Mom as a Christmas present. She absolutely loves it! During the day, it is pretty when lit, but at night, it is gorgeous! She changes the color everyday. One of her all time favorite gifts. Would definitely buy more as gifts and for myself.

The product I received was a piece of garbage, nothing like the picture shown on website. Awful!

Have sent several emails to customer service because the switch doesn't work. They took several weeks to respond and then say it is out of warranty.

I ordered a lamp for my 16 y. Old nephew in December for his birthday. It was delivered a week before his birthday. Being a 16 year old, he just now opened his gift; a month after his birthday. It was defective. Assuming this was a great company I immediately notified them; knowing they would replace it. They responded that there is a 30 day return policy and they will not replace it. You would think they would stand behind their product and make good on it under these circumstances. Very disappointing. Can't recommend.

Got for present, Light didn't work. Since I opened two weeks after it was bought. Warranty not being honored. Money wasted.

You advertise you want feedback. Recently I sent a feedback on the peace sign lamp. I spent $200.00 on lamps I had trouble with one lamp and filed a claim and all you can say is take a picture of it. Beside marks on the plastic the light won't stay on. I called a get a recording with a poor excuse that everyone is working from home. You have a good product but your policy on handling defective items is terrible and unprofessional.

Worst business ever. Don't try to return anything. They will charge you a 10% restocking fee plus shipping, and it is stated no where in the ordering information. Product is small, cheesy, cheap and poor quality. Not worth ANY money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
