Ordered a name-brand fan as advertised on LampsNext in November. In January, I received a knock-off fan. When reached for comment, the company first offered 30% off, then 50% off, then finally said "we never said it was real", despite the fact that my confirmation and their website listed the name-brand product. Thankfully I have screen shots from several periods of time where they advertised the name brand BEFORE they surreptitiously changed their site to remove reference to the name brand. Rather devious really. I have since successfully used VISA fraud protection to be reimbursed. I have also reported them to the Chinese and US Counterfeiting unit, as well as US Customs.

On 12-9-16 I ordered a lamp for a gift. By Jan 9 I had not received it. Contact with the company is ONLY by email... they told me "the parts were unavailable" I cancelled the order and requested a refund... it is now Jan 24,2017 and I still do not have my money. They said they would "contact the accounting to expidite"... next message was they are leaving for Chinese New Year... Back on 2-6-17... I am not sure I will ever see my 134.20 again...
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I received my stained glass tiffany style floor lamps from lampsnext several days ago. It looks so stylish after intalled. I love so much, my room looks so nice.
