Usually order from here because of availability of a code range of parts. They are mostly competitive with pricing, but some parts are much more expensive for same brand/part elsewhere.

We have been doing business with kleenrite for over 20 years but it never remembers my past orders and thinks its my first time ordering everytime
I was able to use my credits for free Shipping but before it was finalized by accident my rewards was removed and i got charged for shipping
My local distributors would only deliver to my wash address and only on one day per week, at a time of the driver's choosing. My Kleen-Rite orders ship free or nearly, to my home address (where I have room to store soaps, etc.) in 3 days. Also, soap concentrates sell for roughly the same price of un-concentrated soaps from the locals, a 2-3x price advantage.
Love the people and the products but the shipping kills me. I dont make any money on my vending because of the shipping costs.
I like the customer service and the attention. Every time I called, I always have all my questions answered and they take the time to help me.

The shopping and checkout process is not great. Some photos of products only show one angle instead of a comprehensive view. And outside of freight charges, we should be able to see shipping charges.
I would prefer a way to see the shipping cost prior to placing a large order.
Also I would be interested in a membership fee or scale if I could get free shipping on all orders over $1,000.
I appreciate Kleen-rite, I have used them for years and they have always been easy to deal with! I find their website a bit difficult to navigate but overall appreciate them and will continue to order from them!
Always love getting materials and parts from them, they make it simple and easy to navigate their website and very user friend Chat AI bot whom is also super helpful when looking for materials, parts, or equipment. My only draw back is that they don't have a location closer to me.
Please fix your web site. Very slow after each tab or option that is chosen I have 400 speed internet and and is very fast on everything else so I know its your site.
My experience with Kleen-Rite thus far has been mostly positive. Customer Service Reps are excellent. Everyone I have dealt with excellent. However, having a distribution company, I see that the shipping and freight charges are VERY HIGH. Ordered 4 plastic caps, weighing less than 1/2 pound with box and cheapest shipping was over $10... items only cost $7. This is the third time I experienced the same thing. I would have been able to ship the same way from my shop for less than $4. Just think the shipping is too high.
Cards stored in wallet should be at top of payment tab instead of underneath add a new card section. Or posted on the main checkout page. It would also be nice to add items to cart and they stay in cart even if you close out the page and log back in, similar to Amazon where items added to cart stay there until removed.
Your new verify your not a robot system is broken. I have to keep refreshing the page and verifying to see all of the pictures for the products on the page. It's annoying when I know what I want looks like and I'm just scrolling looking for the picture of it.
I've been ordering from Kleen-Rite via the webshop for more than 10 years. The website used to work great. Now I need to verify that I'm human on almost every page. Whatever system it is that you're using doesn't seem to fully load information either before it wants to verify again. Like, not all of the images for the products on the page load. I have to refresh and verify again and hope I can see them.
When I placed my previous order, I did note that I wanted to be contacted once all the shipping fees were finalized before charging my account and they didnt do it. They still proceeded to charge my card.
Im a little hesitant about this order because last time i was charged an outrageous amount for shipping even though i had placed a high enough order for free shipping.
