I've had great luck with Kleen Rite in the past but the rewards points are hit or miss. My last purchase earned me 13,531points but they did not apply to my account. This is. It the first time I've experienced this.
I have used 2 other companies in the past and the prices are better here and the rewards add up quickly enough I get free shipping on every other order
I have noticed that the website has been very hard to navigate lately. Ever since the couldfare feature has been added. Pages take forever to load. Images don't load up on the main pages. Hopefully its being looked at.
Shipping is pretty expensive even though you get a free 40 pound box every once in a while.
Kleen Rite is our go to for car wash parts & supplies. The team has always been great to deal with when we have questions. Their inventory is always getting better as they add parts from specific manufacturers. Not to mention the prices are better than if you bought direct from those manufacturers. Best part... shipping! Things often arrive so fast, I joke that their product shipping is close to precognition.

I messed up on redeeming some free shipping points on my last order, and customer service was able to help me and get me my points back for an order that I actually didn't place. My only complaint with clean right is shipping costs which I left a review about before and they actually reached out to me to give me some back on shipping and said they are working on a different way to ship possibly to make it more affordable, which I thought was really nice of them!

Shipping is very expensive for even small objects not sure why. I ship things often and it's not that much
Shipping is so slow. I wish there was an over night option. Inventory was low or out of stock, so shipping in multiple deliveries.

For some reason when I tried to add free shipping with my points then removed them my account wasn't credited the points back. What did I do wrong?
I purchased a giant pump for a pressure washer and only used it less than 10 times and the water was already leaking into the oil. I never ran the washer without pulling the trigger for more than one minute at a time and it never went through a winter to freeze. I am going to attempt to change the seals in this pump.
Everytime I order I have issues, the process is never smooth. I order all the time with other companies never have this much trouble.

As a customer, buying from Kleenrite leaves me unprotected. If the product doesn't work properly, the cost is entirely passed on to the customer. Return shipping costs are also the customer's responsibility. This is quite an anomaly for US standards.

I have asked questions online in the past, recently about shipping via USPS. The chat indicates I would receive a response. There is no follow up.
At times my order is very small such as a couple spray tips. Sending by UPS costs more (like 2-3 times more). At times sending by USPS is an option. Other times there is not an option to sent usps. That strikes me as strange. Am I doing something wrong on my end such that usps isn't an option?
There are a lot of different products that you do not have on mind to buy and when you start exploring, scrolling you start solving other problems at once.

Ordering on Kleen-Rite is easy and straight forward. Also, I read some of the other reviews about the shipping costs being high. I handle the shipping from my business, and their charge on shipping for my order is right on PAR for what it should cost, so I'm not sure what the others who stated that are meaning.
