Normally the experience is perfect... however, the last couple of orders I've gotten an error message when trying to add items to cart. The message was something along the lines of "unable to add product to cart at this time". So, there were several things I did not purchase that I needed.
I would like to see on the website, when selecting something that I have ordered in the past to have a note on it. Ie... I purchased a wand, blue, back in 2025, then I look up the number again as I do every time, and see, PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED June 2025.
I would also like to see, Like Parts. If I select a hose swivel, 1/2", I want to see all of the options for just that swivel. Or 1/2' foam brush handle, have an option for the accessories that go to that brush handle, Head's, Brush's, Swivels, Hoses that actually fit that handle, bumpers with brush heads, Colors from the manufacture without having to look up Erie Brush head, Then Erie brush head bumper, RED. Have a drop down for the colors that that manufacture has. Frequently purchased parts or groups of parts that go together.
These little guys make a huge difference. Unfortunately, they do not last longer than a week. For the price isn't bad but would be willing to pay a little extra for longer running scents.
They're always wonderful to work with. Except for I keep trying to get a new catalog. Every time I get my invoice I wonder why am I paying double?. It's because I have a catalog from 1492.
We are owner operators of 5 self serve car washes with in bay automatics. We have been ordering from Kleen-Rite for 11 years, and are happy to continue to do so. They have the biggest selection of parts etc, and the absolute best customer service team.
Wallet has only worked for for Kleen-Rite while i was on the phone. It has never worked for me. It always ask for a credit card, no button that says wallet or even a place to look for saved credit cards.
Cant figure out how to use the wallet so i dont have to enter my credit card every time i order.
We run a boutique auto appearance center. Many times we have to make equipment meant for high volume work for us and the staff at Kleen-Rite has been very accommodating. Whether it be with guidance through accepting returns.
I wish I would get a complete receipt emailed for every purchase. When doing expense reports it's hard to match credit card charges to buying items when tax or shipping isn't always on the emailed receipt version.
I've tried to order soaps but can't reach the threshold for free shipping. I know there is little you can do about it but I wish I could order more.
I am used to it now, but there have been a few times I have thought I finished placing the order, but did not. I wish you would send an email when an order does not go through.
When you enter a cc, it takes it. At that point, the order should be placed. Several times I have failed to hit the place order button again (required). I get it, it is the way it works, but its not like other web sites.
Everytime I order from you, I never receive an itemized invoice including all the costs and taxes. I have to go back every single time I order and chase down an invoice. Other companies dont do this so I dont understand why you do.

Most of the time orders are correct. But when they are not its difficult to get things straightened out. Usually takes 2-3 calls. Website is slow and klunky.
. 2 of a pound for 2 4 inch x 3/4 inch sensors and regular shipping is $34.xx!!!

This is a great place to get parts and accessories the only problem I have is the crazy high shipping prices! $65 shipping for a small lightweight package is crazy.

Easy access to the account, you always find inventory, very competitive price, I like the reward system and the fast shipping.
Super easy to find your items, they always have in stock and the shipments are really efficient
Usually order from here because of availability of a code range of parts. They are mostly competitive with pricing, but some parts are much more expensive for same brand/part elsewhere.
I have ordered several things and they were fair priced, fast, and had what my business needed.
Out of all the Car Wash suppliers Kleen-Rite by far has the best selection, pricing, and easiest web page to navigate to find what you are looking for!
