Your new verify your not a robot system is broken. I have to keep refreshing the page and verifying to see all of the pictures for the products on the page. It's annoying when I know what I want looks like and I'm just scrolling looking for the picture of it.
I've been ordering from Kleen-Rite via the webshop for more than 10 years. The website used to work great. Now I need to verify that I'm human on almost every page. Whatever system it is that you're using doesn't seem to fully load information either before it wants to verify again. Like, not all of the images for the products on the page load. I have to refresh and verify again and hope I can see them.
When I placed my previous order, I did note that I wanted to be contacted once all the shipping fees were finalized before charging my account and they didnt do it. They still proceeded to charge my card.
Im a little hesitant about this order because last time i was charged an outrageous amount for shipping even though i had placed a high enough order for free shipping.
I'm new to the industry and so far have been less than thrilled with my ordering/customer experience with Kleen-rite. Items stating they are in stock but actually are not. No communication from Kleen-Rite about items not being able to ship and so I was left with no product to switch out when current soaps ran out. Shipping prices are all over the place as well. I had placed a 5 gallon bucket of soap and two other items into my cart. At checkout the only shipping selection I was offered was more than the items all together. I had to purchase the items separately in order to get lower shipping cost. Seems odd right? The date I selected below is generic.
I order a few different soaps and things that half was non hazard and half special shipping. So the site can not tell you cost to ship so they sent email and asked if amount was okay. Nice right and i answered can i add 50 gal drum for same cost and sent it. My next email said shipment sent. I sent email asking if this was added to my order and they said no it was a weekend was reason.
After that the live people called and was very helpful and actually got 4 calls from them for same thing.
I like the products that kleen rite offers but unfortunately they are far from Los Angeles Ca. And the shipping rates are very expensive that in some times are insane even if I buy in bulk is too much

Paying $134.00 dollars to ship two hose assemblies is outrageous. This was KRs only shipping option.

Great selection of products unfortunately having the monopoly on the car wash market makes it hard to shop around to help with shipping expenses. Sometimes customer service is very knowledgeable and helpful and sometimes not so much

Started ordering from this company a couple months ago and always get quick shipping and confirmation emails. The Kleen cash is a great bonus too if you order enough products.
Pretty simple to order competitive prices on seal kits for cat pumps.
The amount charged is more than half the price of item and item is smaller than a phone. There should be other options for shipping.
