Bonus is that its usually cheaper than other websites.

I ordered a change machine. It arrived in good condition, easy to install and has served us well.

It was good, until you asked me if this was my first order with you… I have spent thousands with you and then the first question on the survey was, "is this your first order"….

I love getting my supplies from here. They always have what i need in stock and delivery is always on time.

Just recently made an warranty inquiry about a $1500 pump I'd had installed for 11.5 months. I really didn't think it was going to be covered but Lisa Mitchell in Customer Service gathered all the information and completed all the forms/process with the manufacturer. Took a 10 days to get an answer back but Lisa gave me updates every couple days regardless. I greatly appreciate that I did not have to keep calling and push the process along. One phone call was all it took. Thanks again Lisa. GREAT customer support!

Multiple times now i have ordered products only to never have them ship. They don't say out of stock. I get zero communication as to why. Plus your shipping prices are absolutely insane.

This is a great gift for someone like myself that owns a car wash and laundromat. They get the stuff out to me so fast. It's like Amazon.!

I feel I have been way overcharged for shipping over the past few years. Recently, there was complications with online shipping charges. Would like to see the cost of shipping before I press "Order".

This item is small and should not cost 37 to ship. Hell a flate rat box would have ben 20 less than this. Get it together or lose a customer.

I was able to find and order even some of the odd items I was looking for. An indicator light for my change machine? Check. A pvc fitting for my low pressure chemicals? Check.
It's all here when I need to order.

If you order anything and it's defective, something from a different manufacturer. They'll tell you it's your fault and you won't get your refund. They'll make up some excuse

Carry the majority of the parts and items I need for my wash.

As always great service. The site search could use improvement. I have better luck searching for parts on Google and following the lead to your site. I can search a part on the Kleen Rite site with no luck. Search Google and the part comes up with a listing on Kleen Rite.

THERE IS NOTHING TO SAY. IT WORKED THE WAY IT SUPPOSED TO. I CALLED ORDERED MY PARTS. RECEIVED MY PARTS IN COUPLE DAYS. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND WORKED THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO.

I have not received my first item which was a coordinator for crypto pay. But ordering it was so easy the gentleman on the phone was wonderful helpful knowledgeable. I will order from you again.
