Website will not let me store products in cart for future purchases. Shipping is extremely overpriced, rewards system is confusing to use, credit card on file should appear as default for purchases.
Cards stored in wallet should be at top of payment tab instead of underneath add a new card section. Or posted on the main checkout page. It would also be nice to add items to cart and they stay in cart even if you close out the page and log back in, similar to Amazon where items added to cart stay there until removed.
Use to purchase for Sail Thru Carwash in Tehachapi, since i don't work there anymore i still know where to get good products
I ordered a 3 bay low pressure system flow jet pump was bad ordered another that was bad now the regulators that came with the panel are bad.
My car wash is a small-town manual bay which I receive many local customers and a few from other small towns around. Not i high end user but when I need parts I can count on Kleen-Rite for parts.
Every time i log in it logs me back out. I have to select my address repeatedly. Majority of times it gives me a (cannot process order)

Normally its always easy to find what I'm looking for
I attempted to check out and pay for my order when the system locked up and said that I would need to reattempt to finalize my order. I had $ 5 Kllen Kash or 40lb free shipping in points avaiable when i first attempted to finalize my order. When I went back to try again the reward points were gone. Not impressed as a. Decades customer.

Delivery and customs for Canadians is unpredictable and not much clarity. I got hit with $500 fee on a $900 order the last time I ordered and it took 3 weeks to be delivered
Shipping was not clear nor was the timeline. Rest was great.

Just recently made an warranty inquiry about a $1500 pump I'd had installed for 11.5 months. I really didn't think it was going to be covered but Lisa Mitchell in Customer Service gathered all the information and completed all the forms/process with the manufacturer. Took a 10 days to get an answer back but Lisa gave me updates every couple days regardless. I greatly appreciate that I did not have to keep calling and push the process along. One phone call was all it took. Thanks again Lisa. GREAT customer support!
Multiple times now i have ordered products only to never have them ship. They don't say out of stock. I get zero communication as to why. Plus your shipping prices are absolutely insane.
This is a great gift for someone like myself that owns a car wash and laundromat. They get the stuff out to me so fast. It's like Amazon.!
I feel I have been way overcharged for shipping over the past few years. Recently, there was complications with online shipping charges. Would like to see the cost of shipping before I press "Order".
