Ordered a robe for a gift got an email it was back that it wouldnt ship till 12-27 so I found another called back two days later to cancel and was told it already shipped that I could send it back for a refund minus 7.50 told them this was unacceptable as they told me this wouldnt ship till after Christmas they agreed to refund full amount. Took forever to get original item then returned as soon as I got the item return shipping took a week then I got a refund for the shipping only and keep being told 2-3 days for refund. Nothing but poor customer service and the run around. Filing a claim with the better business bureau. Will never do business with this company they seem very seedy and shady... I will stick with Amazon or another co that values the customer service experience.;
I received a letter from KingSize Direct offering me a 'gift' of $50 off any order of $100+, and that "you can combine this already-generous offer with our exciting holiday offers and push you savings to even greater heights". So I placed and order in excess of $200 and it wouldn't give me the $50 off. I was on Customer Service Chat for over an hour with no result. I was told that I would have to call Customer Service to have this fixed. I called, went through a representative and two supervisors, and it turns out that, hey! This letter is totally false advertising! You can't combine it with ANY other offers. I am SO disappointed and aggravated with company. Guess I'll stick with Amazon from now on.

To me easy care means no ironing. They do need ironing which is a pain. Otherwise the shirts are good. Nice price but I pay through the hassle of having to iron. I will not be buying them again.
I ordered shirts online and when the shirts arrived the sleeves were too short. Online it states these are Big and Tall clothing however the shirts were not even long enough for a tall person.
Returned items to saler which is a long process however they charge a fee for me to send items back. It took them two weeks to refund my purchase but the refund did not reflect the entire purchase. When speaking to representative named Ginger she stated that the customer we'll just have to suck it up and pay for the extra shipping cost $15.99 plus $7.50. I will never order from this company again they're clothes are not what is advertised and the customer service is not up to par.

I will say that I like the products offered through King Size Direct. They can be very expensive when compared to the Big & Tall Shop at JC Penney. My biggest issue and cause fir irritation is their shipping. It's expensive and still takes forever to get your stuff. You are much better off getting an Amazon Prime membership and getting 2-day shipping for FREE

Ordered 4 items. 2pants, 2 shirts as matching separates on 5/14/17.2pants shipped on 5/16 with other items backorder do for 5/16.1st disappointment because attire was missing my vacation deadline. Sent email 5/29/17 to inquire about backorder. Response was the backorder was until 6/5/17. Notified today 6/13/17 that my back order was cancelled because it could not meet PayPal 29 Day mail rule. This level of incompetence is damaging and totally unprofessional. Inventory control is one of the most important aspects of retail and KingSizeDirect.com has failed horribly. Don't order from this company.

I ordered something in hopes to get it before or on the day of our wedding as it was a grooms gift. I order in plenty of enough time as the stated shipping date was 8-10 days. I call customer service and she had no clue where my order was, in fact, she stated she thinks it didn't even ship. Once she placed me on hold she had no info as to why the tracking info was not working. I look on the site and it is showing that it shipped 14 days after the date they said it shipped. I am so disappointed. I will never purchase from this place again.

In receiving an email stating "break the rules" coupon, 40% off your order, I ordered 8 items, applied my code which stated successfully applied. At the time of checking out, I noticed the coupon was not applied. In calling customer service, I was told that even though it said successfully applied, my items were excluded in the coupon. After speaking to a supervisor and getting nowhere, I canceled my $250.00 order. Beware!

I cancelled this card and this company about 10 years ago and I went back to them and as the worst mistake I made it in the world they aren't allowed to use customer service people they don't call back they don't give you the right credits they don't they don't give you the right they are just lousy and you won't buy anything from them because they don't even they don't even give you

Placed an order on line during the denim sale, buy one full price and get the second for 75%off. Sounds like a good deal. I place the order and about a week later I get notified that my order shipped. When it arrives there is only one pair in the package the packing list indicates the full price pair shipped but the 75%pair was on back order. Weeks later I get a email that the order was cancelled as that color was no longer available. So I place another order, same deal but different color. Low and behold the same scenario plays out. I won't be coming back.

Been shopping with king size for probably 15 years. I had not purchased anything for a rew years because of the quality of clothing that I continued to receive. You buy 2 of the same items and one would be 4" shorter than the other. It's a hassle to return. I decided to give them another try. I got my order quickly with the exception of one hoodie which was on back order. I just checked said it was canceled, I called they said could continue back order, that's fine or do you have another color in stock, keep in mind they said it was in stock when I did the original order. They said they do have another color, ok ship that, ok will be $42. I said supposed to be $17. Let me get that price for you... on hold... can't get that price until it ships will have to refund once shipped, price will be $22 plus $10 shipping... I already paid shipping... no it was back ordered you paid shipping for your original order. Poor customer service... I said just cancel. Don't know if I'll buy from them again.

"This website is a scam. They knowingly misguide customers into buying items that do not fit them at all and are several, and I mean SEVERAL sizes too big, but when you ask them to take responsibility for it, they say you must not trust the sizing chart nor the representatives' guidance and must use I don't know what tools to choose your size. Maybe clairvoyance, maybe dark magic. Maybe while you're at it curse them to burn down so they don't steal from other people? I ordered a wool navy jacket from outside the US. In a country like mine it's impossible to buy plus size clothes for men that aren't designed for octogenarians, and so I was hopeful that I had found an alternative, that I was finally gonna be able to buy something that didn't come out of a thrift store and actually fit me. I took my measurements several times. I followed the sizing chart. I confirmed with a representative that my measurements fit a 4XL size because, and I told him, I had doubts since I have always been a 2XL but the sizing chart suggested differently. They told me the 4XL would definitely be the right fit. They reconfirmed it. Surprise! It arrives and is not the 58 inches promised but 68. Imagine how beautiful 5 extra inches look on each side. It's the curtain look you've always dreamed of! The sleeves are about half an arm longer than they should be. I could wrap an extra half of myself in the waist. I mean, a mountain troll would wear that jacket and it would still drown him. Now, since I'm an international buyer they do not allow exchanges and for a refund I would have to pay 60 dollars for shipping, plus an 8 dollar refund fee to get back about 50 bucks. This is stealing. This is taking advantage of big guys and their limited clothing opportunities to make a profit out of refund fees. Someone in the US please bring this nasty corporation down. I can't sue them from here, but someone has to. I spent all my Christmas money on this and now have a circus tent I need to sell. Maybe I should fill it up with the clowns at SizeKingDirect. Maybe I should just swallow a sword and hope for the worst. I'll decide later."

I was on the fence about completing an order but was assured by not one, but two customer service reps (one at the time I placed my order and the other during a follow-up call) that my package would be shipped via FedEx and arrive in time for Christmas. It's now the day AFTER Christmas and the online order status checker indicates that my package is STILL being processed for shipment. Yet another follow up call to a manager yielded the following response: "When your package arrives, you can return the items if you don't want them." If you choose to place an order with King Size, don't expect honesty or integrity. You won't get either.

Warning - casual pants are now 34 inch inches inseam. As we all know, this is NOT a tall size. 34 inch inseams can be had at nearly every clothing store, and at better quality and lower prices than Kingsize Direct. Too bad, they used to make LONG casual fleece pants but they must have decided to save 10 cents and cut back on fabric length. After being a customer since the 1980's I will no longer buy from them. 35 year customer gone!
I placed an order mid-September only to discover the size I ordered did not fit. No big deal, every brand is cut a little different. I returned the item, and asked for the same inseam, but a different waist.
Prepaid return postage is a joke because you drop it at the post office, and it then isnt picked up by there "return agent" for almost a week. Then several days for the package to get back to them. All said and done it was TWO WEEKS for them to get the item for exchange. I finally get an email saying the replacement items have been shipped. I look up the order on their website, only to discover THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO HEM THE PANTS!
I call and bring to their attention and this is the response:
"Would you like to place an order for the correct inseam? You can then return the unhemmed pants when you get them. Please be aware there will be a restocking fee for the unhemmed pants because it is a return not an exchange". Let's get this straight... you want me to give you MORE money to send a third pair of pants, because you didn't process the exchange correctly? And you expect to change me extra to return something you screwed up?
I waited for the unhemmed pants and returned them immediately, to try yet again to get the right size. I placed my original order on September 18th... almost SEVEN WEEKS AGO! Again nearly two week wait for the company to get the returned item.
The best part? While I am trying to deal with King Size-d incompetence, the company has the gall to spam me twice a day with emails trying to get me to place more orders. GTFO.
Having the worst experience I have ever had with a company; their support is pointless! First I purchase an ecard and never received the email with the ecard. I attempt their chat support and then I am advised its going to take up to 72 hours for them to email me an ecard; REALLY?!? Of course this was not disclosed to me at time of purchase. Next business day I check the "status" on my account and then I find out I have to call the Customer Protection Team; waited 15 minutes on hold before I find out they were trying to protect me (excuse me your not my credit card company last time I checked) and I would receive the email within 24 hours. Needless to say this is the LAST time I spend $50 with this company if anything they owe me $50 more for my time and aggravation. Now my birthday present to my uncle is belated!
Let me just say that if I'm buying a 3XL tall shirt, I expect it to fit a large man whose 6'4" 275lbs. The length was great but the width in the body and shoulders was very tight. In fact the shoulder width was 2" shorter on each side than any other 3XL Tall shirt I've ever bought. I'm incredibly disappointed and have returned everything. Even more disappointing is they're keeping $7.50 for shipping. I should've bought thru Amazon--they give 100% refund on returns. Will never buy from this company again. King size shirts should not be in the shape of an upside down pear. Literally, the shoulder area was that much skinnier than the bottom hem.
My most recent order showed the correct order on the invoice and the outer packaging, but each item in the package was the wrong size. I called Customer Service to let them know and inform them that I was exchanging, but was concerned the same thing would happen again - the order would be fulfilled based on incorrect packaging. Customer Service told me I would have to wait to see if it happened again before they would report it. Are you kidding me? There is no way someone could QC my reorder before it goes out? I could be totally inconvenienced again before it's reported? That's ridiculous.
To make matters worse, I tried to 'chat' through the website and was disconnected 3 times while waiting for an operator to respond. I think I'll find a new resource for my husband's big/tall clothing needs.
