BOUGHT A COAT FOR A HOMELESS MAN WITHIN A COUPLE OF MONTHS THE ZIPPER BROKE. WAS GOING TO BUY ANOTHER COAT. BUT ASKED FOR FREE SHIPPING. WOULD NOT DO IT. I CANNOT RETURN THE COAT BECAUSE HE STILL HAS TO WARE IT. WILL FIND A COAT FROM ANOTHER STORE.
So I "bought" a robe on Nov 19th for Davids xmas/bday present, got it on sale@ a great price, oversized thick plush cushy robe. About 1-2 days before my expected delivery date I get an email advising me my item is back ordered till end of December *sigh* ok fine. Halfway through December I get another email it's now back ordered till the end of January *annoyed* after Xmas I emailed customer service to inquire further details & see if the robe is available now in a different color. I was told no *sigh OK fine* January 2nd I call customer service and ask again about my order/different color. I'm told "good news it's on stock & shipping out in a few dsys" YAY?... NOPE! I get an email yesterday stating my order was cancelled cause they couldn't charge my credit card (for the record there's plenty of credit available on said card). This morning I call customer service again & she keeps repeating herself it's b/c we couldn't charge the card, I keep explaining the card has availability & verify they have the correct cc numbers. I then say "ok let's try something easier. Is the robe back in stock in the size/color I ordered?"... Cs " yes, but it's full price"... Me " oh no it's not, get your supervisor"... Hold music for 8 minutes... Cs " actually the robe isn't available"... me " Huh, so your website which shows it IS available in the size/color I want@ a sale price although not as good of a price as when I order it, your website is lying?"... cs" umm"... me" or the Cs agent I spoke to on January 2nd lied?"... cs" Umm"... Me" or is it you who just told me that it was available, but@ full price who is lying? Which is it?"... cs"umm."... me" never mind! This is the worst customer service & your company will never get my business again! & I will encourage everyone I know not to shop with you & I'll post my customer service review on all possible outlets" *hangs up* NEVER BUY FROM KINGSIZEDIRECT!

I get 1 or 2 items but everything in my order I doubt it... To me the company feels like it can make more money on those items and tell people is no longer available...

I purchased Christmas gifts in September (trying to start early) and when the packages arrived, I checked the order number on the package and the invoice as each package arrived (yes, several items shipped separately). I did NOT open packages and check the tags inside the garments... Consequently, when the gifts were open at Christmas, the 60 day return / exchange policy has expired and we found out that the item in the package was the incorrect size.
I did not want a refund, I just wanted the item that I ordered. Through email and then phone I spoke with customer service who seemingly read from the same script, "we are sorry, but it is a 60 day return / exchange policy and there is nothing we can do". I sent a picture of the tag inside the garment as well. It has never been used. They would not even consider the exchange. Yes, they do have a policy, and because of that, I could have looked at each tag of each item I purchased.
However, how sad that they do not look at the circumstances of the order! I will never purchase from this company again. Very, very poor customer support
I ordered 4 items in November. I received 3 of them 28 days after the order and now I just got an email that the 4th item will not even be shipped until 02/03. That's 4 months and they are still charging me for it, but offered a $20 dollar discount if I spend $70 more at there store. What a flipping joke. Please don't order from them. I will only be shopping at dxl.com from now on and with all of these 1 star reviews I hope king size goes out of business.
They sold me a fake pair of timberlands for 15$ more than a real pair from the official website, then when I tried putting a negative review on their site they removed it. All other reviews are perfect 5s from grandparents that wanted to give someone a gift. Anyone experienced with the internet knows that's a clear sign of a scam. I should've paid more attention before buying. Timberland themselves even said that they're not an authorized seller. Going to try a refund but for now it looks like I've just been scammed out of 115$... Yikes... specific product is the Timberland Mt Maddsens

I will never buy from these bastards again... they sent me a woman's coat... I want a full refund... it's cold as hell I paid for the blue indigo parka and they sent me a woman's coat..
I've never really been a fan of this company and only have had to order when faced with no other option. The major downside of this place is the lack of a physical store where you can actually try on the clothing. I've had pants split in the middle within two weeks or less due to improper tailoring.
Another issue I have with this company is the lack of free shipping, a lot of companies will offer free shipping after spending x amount of money. This place does not offer any kind of free shipping, which is why I stick with DXL because they have a free rewards program that'll offer free shipping. And the great thing about DXL is no matter what your size is the price is the same whereas with King Size, the bigger you are the more you pay.
I placed an order, and tried to enter a coupon code in the space provided. Message said, "Can be placed at checkout". It didn't appear. I called and wrote immediately. Order in process--nothing can be done (via Jose and Melissa). I will send it all back. $16 X 2 shipping is a hard lesson, but less the $300.
A week after reporting the products were delivered, they could not be bothered to look in to why we had not received it for several more days. FedEx was the carrier and Kingsize Direct said "these things happen", no big deal. It is a big deal to us, their customer.
Ordered clothes from them on the 26th, items shipped on the 27th. It is now the 29th and the authorization charge, which equaled the full amount paid for the clothes, is still pending in my account. When I called customer service about it I was told my money would be tied up until Wednesday. A full week after I bought the damn clothes. What kind of company doesn't dismiss the auth charge as soon as the item is shipped?

Called in due to error in items shipped. Partial was received. No notice on the invoice received. Bad customer services is an understatement! I called an cancelled my back ordered portion! They called me a LIAR over $5 difference! When I was looking at my original itemized listing that showed I was billed more than registered as. Misinformed. Poor. STAY AWAY!

Complained certain shoes were 120%+ higher compared to other sites and was told that's the cost of doing business on the internet. Representative said he was fine with ripping people off.
Don't bother attempting to return an item for an exchange. I sent an item back for an exchange following their return/exchange policy and not only did they not follow their own policy they charged me a shipping fee on the item I sent back. Then when contacting customer service about the exchange. They will give you some poor excuse and tell you that if you want the item you will have to reorder it.
I purchased some denim cargo shorts. They caught in a chairs torsion bar seat and leg point on the chair. I got up and the pocket flap tore. I sent pics and an email, I don't think they will replace them, but it ticks me off that customer services don't respond with any answers to their customers. I won't buy from them again.

I hope this bad review was worth it. If anyone ever is on the fence about this shirt, or any other King Size product, you have been warned. But not just by me... read some of the critical reviews and you will notice a pattern. A pattern of shotty design, bulbous neck holes and crummy customer care.

Ordered 2 mock turtles - XLTall. Originally fit great. Then washed ONE time and the sleeves shrunk at least 6 inches. So now the sleeves are to the middle of my forearm. So who wants a 3/4 length sleeve turtle neck? And there is nothing that can be done about it because returned items need to be unworn and unwashed. Obviously these are defective! Or anyway VERY poor quality! Emailed many times before I even got a response. Eventually got a response from Patrick saying hed check into it. Then... nothing! It was just dropped. Nobody even says something as simple as Im sorry for your trouble or anything. Extremely poor customer service! Dont EVER, EVER order from this company!

One item that I ordered 1 week before Christmas arrived. It was a men's vest. I liked this vest except for an important defect that I detected: The front zipper was for a lady's garment, not for men. I called KingSize and spoke with different persons including 3 supervisors. I was told that they would replace it. I turn down a replacement since they would send me another vest with similar defect. I did not want to order anything else. They said they would reimburse only the price of vest except for shipping and handling fees. My argument that the merchandise was defective because the zipper was sewn as a garment for lady was not accepted. They said that such defect did not exist. Result: 0% customer satisfaction and poorest service. I canceled my KingSize credit and WILL NOT buy from them again. Not tomorrow, not EVER.
This company misrepresented themselves by telling me my order will be delivered by FedEx by Christmas. It never arrived. When I called KingSize on 1/22/17 they told me the order had not yet been shipped. Why tell the client something is going to ship and arrive by Christmas if its still on back order. Very disappointed with this company will never order from them again.
