I have shopped from them for years with only an occasional minor problem. But my wife decided to purchase a pair of pants for me for my birthday in August and paid to have them hemmed to the correct length. When they arrived, they had not been hemmed. She contacted customer support and was told to ship them back at her expense and they would be hemmed and returned. A few weeks later she discovered that the original price had been refunded to her credit card. The FAQ says this is normal and that the charge would be reapplied when they ship. It has now been over two months and the pants have not been shipped. She is out the shipping cost both ways and the hemming fee.
This is really bad. They literally won't refund me. I called, was transferred to 5 different departments and still nothing. That was after an unbelievable amount of emails where the customer service team answering me was so horribly incoherent to what I was asking that the one refund that they did give me was for half of what I paid. I was also enrolled into their rewards program, which may have been my fault but was not intentional. Once I saw the charge on my account I called and asked to cancel and asked to be refunded that day. They said "no problem" and still haven't refunded me. It's really bad here. I've reported my issue to the Federal Trade Commission and I hope that something gets done about all of this.
After numerous phone calls to the company regarding order placed in May the Customer service rep says the money was refunded in June. The bank has no record of the refund. In June my first call to the company the rep told me they would issue refund check to me. Never received the socks ordered, or the refund. Today, after hours spent talking with Customer service each month customer service says the problem is with the bank. For me to ask the bank where the refund is. The customer service rep said they would gladly remove my name from the mailing list. If you order from this company be aware that you may or may not receive your order. And hours of trying to resolve the problem will get you nowhere.
It's been 20 business days (24 total days) since the order was placed and we still haven't received it. When I called customer service to see what could be done, I was told that they accept no responsibility for the package once it leaves their operation. Wow. Maybe they need to try a different carrier than FedEx, or maybe offer to resend the items that haven't been delivered?
What about the discount codes they always advertise? Not a D!#%* one of them work cause they ALWAYS have the clothes marked down. Been a customer for way too long with these people. Even the president of the company sends me huge coupons in the mail only to find out from his minions that they can't be used unless its a KS brand item... horrible. I have had better deals with DXL. Great place to shop!
Products suck, customer service sucks, they steal your money. Double charged me on a 250.00 order and won't give me my money back next step is legal action or I show up and collect it myself. They won't be happy with the outcome, get me my money.
Ordered 5 items. Items never arrived. Took my money immediately but no further communication. When I called, no apology; no offer to resend; no refund until they received mailed affidavit. If I didn't get the packages they mailed, why would I get their affidavit? Spoke to manager and no resolution. I see terrible reviews. I guess I should have checked reviews before ordering.
In June I ordered my husband four polo shirts. When I received my credit card statement I saw that I was billed twice for this order. Kingsize is saying that I ordered these items twice which I did not do. I only received the four shirts that I ordered. I do not have an issue for paying for what I received but not for items that I did not order or receive. I have made several calls to Kingsize to resolve this issue but it still is not resolved. If I could give less than one star I would. Customer service is terrible.

These people are rip offs. Even when you send merchandise back they charge you late fees and other imaginary fees and compound interest. You can not get anyone on the phone to cancel the charges and stop the insanity.

I called Customer Service to have them add the fourth ( less than 12 hours). They told me they could not add it, and if I wanted a fourth I would have to pay shipping on that. They agreed it was their systems fault, but would bit budge on shipping the fourth for free. HORRIBLE Customer Service, Stay Away. I would leave a Zero, but that's not an option.

Well I did get my money back from them. The customer service agent that handles bad internet reviews did contact me and said she asked the warehouse about the problem and would get back to me. That was almost 2 weeks ago. Not sure why it's taking so long. I shouldn't be surprised. I really just wanted the right shirt. Lots of hassle later still no shirt. Oh well at least I got some money back.

I have ordered from this company before and usually have no problems. I ordered a shirt in June and had to wait for over 3 weeks to receive. When I did finally receive the shirt it was the wrong color. Hey mistakes happen right? Wrong! This was due to whoever packed the shirt was too lazy to read the color. I returned the shirt and had to pay for a new one while waiting to recieve payment for the old one. A week later I finally received the replacement shirt. Guess what? Wrong color again. This business may be one of the most incompetent I have dealt with in a long time. Customer service didn't even try to keep my business either. One star does not even come close to the rating I would like to give them. It amazes me that my order was jacked up twice. Pathetic.

KingSize you the worse. Went online to pay my bill on my account. As I was trying to pay my bill my account has clinched. And notification came up and says I'm sorry your account has clenched try again. I try to several times didn't work. It figures.
Try to call the 1-800 number tried to pay my bill on that is asking me for my checking account number. I don't have checks... So I called or press a number to talk to a representative. The representative told me that they will charge me $9 to pay my bill. I told her it was hidden what was going on. How I was having trouble pay my bill online and through the 1-800 number. He says ma'am you going to get charged $9 for painted through them on the phone. I told them I tell you what I'll pay it all off and rip this card up and never buy anything from them again. We paid $29.99 for 3-day shipping and took 10 days to arrive. This virus has nothing to do with packing a box and sending it on the way, Amazon can still same-day delivery. Asked and paid for men's jeans to be gemmed to a 30 in inseam and they sent me a 38 inseam! No return label or packing slip, they said I had to print my own off of their site. Very poor customer service. Men's undershirts irregular and paper thin. I already washed them so I'm stuck with 9 undershirts that are junk. I have been buying from them for 20 years but the last 5 or so years the quality of clothes goes down and prices go up. I will not be buying from them EVER again.
I received a email 7/9 saying one of my orders wouldn't be available til after 8/22. I called to cancel both my orders woman told me I couldn't cancel any of my orders. I've contacted the BBB and the Ftc to look into this company. Most of there product comes from China there cust Serv is worthless. They order there product from China and if you ask to cancel a order it'll go from back order to processing and they'll refuse to cancel the order. I ordered 2 shirts on back log email I received informed me and told me it would be shipped on 2 separate dates. NOTHING HAS SHIPPED!. Go elsewhere this place isn't worth the hassle!. Hopefully the refund will go thru faster than the lame excuses you get from customer service

I ordered shirts and shorts on 6/18. Everytime I "track my order" it has give me arrival dates of 6/26,6/29,7/2,7/8, and now 7/9. When i put my tracking order in USPS it states that they do not have the items to ship. I've paid almost $400 for my stuff! Why the hell is it going to take almost a month! I ordered clothing through Amazon from Kingsize and got the items within a week.
