Every time I order some things from king size, they take so long to get here. The web site says in stock, but is not and most items are backordered. I have bought more than 50 pieces of clothing from king size, some are great others not so great. I placed order on 6/11/2020, i received one shirt so far. They must ship by mule train. In this day of getting merchandise quickly, this place is the absolute worst.
My wife has ordered twice from king-size and was sent the wrong size twice, the second time they want us to pay (out of refund) $9.99 to ship back there mistake... will not be using king-size again!
I purchased a simple $75 e-gift card for my father, and at this point 10 days later my father has STILL not received anything via email. I was told it takes a few business days to "ship". ITS AN E-GIFT CARD! HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PRESS SEND ON AN EMAIL! The customer service people are incompetent, and not professional. The manager I spoke with was nice, but couldn't explain why this was so hard to do. Won't be coming back here going forward. There are too many other options with companies who can deliver better service.

I ordered some jean shorts, and right away thought I ordered one size to big. I went to cancel the order and the reply I received was "sorry, once an order is placed we cannot cancel it". Even though they were not scheduled to ship for 1-1/2 weeks from the time I placed the order. I received the order, and found out that my refund would be reduced by $-9.99 for return shipping. I also ordered 3 shirts, one of them are on backorder, they didn't tell me until I placed the order. Online status says due to be shipped June 9th. It's the 24th and still waiting. Trying to reach customer service is a nightmare! Online chat is forever waiting, 800 number is infinite hold time, I tried emailing customer service and got a reply to call the 800 number. I would highly recommend a different company, very frustrating. Oh, they also charged me at the time the order was placed, most companies don't until the product is shipped.

I've waited close to an hour for someone to take my call. When a call rep finally took my phone he was very indignant. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he told me he'd have to send me back to the back of the line. Tried to call Comenity hutYOU GUESSED IT they put me on hold as well. It's apparent that neither. Placed an order for three items, one was on back order. Global pandemic hit, I lost my job and forgot about order. Had an item that didn't fit and returned it after talking to agent. Did follow up call after 3 weeks and no info from anyone to be informed that it had been to long for an exchange, not a refund, an exchange! I feel this is unacceptable and will not do business with them ever again! Tell your friends! Do not buy anything from King Size! Be warned

I was charged a amount of 158.93 for 4 pair of pants which I paid in full Kingsize only delivered 3 an said the 3rd one was on back order mind u the order was well pas 5-7 business day delivery they said cause of the pandemic
My 4th pair of jeans never came they said it was cancelled on back order due to Paypal Paypal said we recieved no refunds from kingsize Kingsize rep Regina of Full beauty Brands Customer Support that only 124.44 when I have the actual bill which came out of my account Ive shown this to them they refuse a refund or to deliver what was owed I don't recommend King Size their business practices are horrible

When an order is placed, an authorization for the complete order total is processed. However, we do only charge for items shipped. Backordered items are not charged if canceled.
Order placed 6-4-20 knew it would take a while because of virus on 6-11-20 looked on line said order ready to go. Decided to call automated service to be told 3 of 4 items back order, this is for my son for Father's Day. Ok so I call to speak with someone and I was told 1 item shipped yesterday, not what system said. Other 3 items back order. So told Omar to cancel those 3 items. And when 1 item comes I'll send back, I really dont think it shipped. Last Time they get my money. Would have been nice to be told 3 items delayed, so I could make other arrangements. If order have been retrieved since 6-4-29 maybe I wouldnt have been on back order. Umm
God awful customer service! They give dates that mean absolutely nothing. They tell you one date before you order and then change the date to weeks later and when you complain they don't want to hear it. Refuse to cancel order, refused to do anything to correct their problems and have customer service that do nothing but blame everyone else.
I purchase my items on may 28th, it is june 6 and they still have not shipped them yet. This is the worse site I have ever ordered from and now afraid of what the items are like when i do get them. I ordered 3 items on May 24th 2020, 2 pair of shorts and i shirt. All were marked as "in stock". As of today, june 6th i have not received anything. The shirt was listed as "out of stock" when i checked last week so i canceled it. They told me the 2 pair of shorts were shipped Fed EX on May 30th. They cannot give me a tracking #. I ordered some things from Dillards on June 1st and they arrived today via Fed EX so i know it is not Fed EX s fault. Spent 20 minutes on hold yesterday with customer service and have been on hold for 15 minutes now today with no answer. I also have not received my credit for the shirt yet. This is a BS company, DON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY!
Twice I have ordered from this company. In both cases items were back ordered regardless of showing as "In Stock". When you are charged minimum shipping for items actually in stock, the cost can be as much as 20% of the purchase price. Most sites are offering free shipping or minimal charges. This company is making most of their money on the shipping. Customer service has a take it or leave it attitude. If you are a larger individual try Paul Fredrick, more expensive but worth the quality you get. I will never order from this company again and neither should you.
Buyer beware! Even if items are not sized properly, they will charge you a $9.99 fee to return 1 item. It took 1 hour on the phone with 3 representatives to recieve no resolution. I am 6'7" and the shirt I ordered came to my knees. Not wanting a dress, I asked for an exception on the return fee due to the sizing issues. Customer Service told me they dislike their policies, don't agree with them and there is nothing they can do about them. They stated they are told to empathize with the customer, keep appologizing but offer no assistance outside of the written return policy which does not take into account why you are returning an item. It would be different if I changed my mind but in this case, the item was unwearable. I chose to pay the $9.99 fee and not do business with them any longer. I also had 2 pairs of shorts on order that were in stock when I ordered them and it has now been 22 days and they have not shipped. I cancelled that order as well and it will be my last order from them.

I ordered two pair of shorts and it took them 5 days to get it out of their "warehouse." They blamed it on their being "safe" due to Covid-19. How safe must they be. Five days to find two pair of shorts? Then I paid to more than $10 to ship it FedEx but it went USPS. It's been 10 days and still no shorts and they don't have any tracking information. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They don't deserve your business.
Been a customer for about 10 yr. S. Recently prices have increased considerably while availability of sizes and colors has diminished. I purchased two shirts last mo. It took 15 days for delivery and then I not only received the two I ordered but three more that I didn't. I was charged for all five. The confirmation they sent me was for only the two shirts I ordered. I contacted " customr service " and spoke with a woman for whom English was a second language and was barely intelligible. After a frustating exchange I gleaned that I would be charged $9.99 for the privilege ofreturning the three shirts I didn't order in the first place. I've decide it was easier to just keep them even though they all match. I will no longer do business with King Size Direct.

This is the absolute worst place to shop. I originally sent on the website to order some clothes. I made 5 selections Wich were posted IN STOCK. Then days passed and I received an email that only 3 shirts were available the others were backordered (remember the website said in stock). Then after emails and almost two weeks I received my package finally. I will never shop with this company again.

I order by phone from a catalog. The prices charged were considerable more than the catalog price. When after long waits their "fit specialist" would hang up on me. Shamelessly crocked!
Do not call customer care expecting easy resolution or even remedial comprehension. Do expect long hold times, unprofessional responses and disappointment.
Shopped with KS for years and they lost my business in one call regarding a simple return from one online purchase.

They are thieves. They took money off of my card without my authorization. When u exchange for the right size if they send the wrong size. They keep your card in they system and they charge u double even if u paid already. An exchange is free especially if u paid already. Dont trust them with yall personal info
