Placed my order from the " Black Friday " catolog. Which stated The early bird gets the deal! Take an extra 50% off every item starting now. Free shipping on prefers of $50 or more. Using the code expires 12/2/20. I placed my order 12/1/20 the first shirt I ordered after giving her the item number I ask what price did she have it wasn't the sale price in the book she stated something about a third party and it was back at regular price ok I like the shirt I'll keep it. Next 2 shirts gave item number asked her again the price and was they the same as in the book she stated yes told her ok that's it I'm done that's all for now she stated in page 7 I can let you have this shirt for 20% off pick your color. Ok I like the shirt I pick the color. She tried to get me again no I'm done. She carried in about other deals which I turned down. I did get the fast shipping at $9.00 well that's what she said $9.00. This morning never received a confirmation number checked my card. $234 she gave me nothing at the sale price in the catalog. Called customer service today still not sure if anything was resolved. But we'll see first and last time ordering from catalog
I have ordered from this company three or four times now and every single order has been a nightmare. Also you need to be aware if you order some thing they will send you 3 to 4 emails per day trying to get you to order stuff from them end it took multiple phone calls to get off their mailing list. My other problem is they never email me anything about my order just all the ads.It has now been almost 2 months since I ordered some stuff and I'm told it is now on back order until January 7 so another two months waiting.
I had been with Kingsize for 5 years until just recently. I had a Platinum card with them and had made multiple purchases through my account. Each time I would basically max the account and then pay it off. I had to have two knee surgeries and Covid hit i could not make a purchase for more than 18mos so they CLOSED my account. I only found out when I went to make a purchase for this 2020 Xmas and it would yet again have been a MAx out but couldnt finish the purchase with the card. When I called this is when they told me my account, like others had been decided by their board to be closed even while in good standing simply because we had not made recent purchases in 18mos. EVEN though i had periods of 18mos between purchases before this was a NEW company decision. I was informed there was NOTHING they could do about it (more like nothing they WOULD do about it) but that we could open a brand new account with the $250 credit limit. This is ridiculous having to startover when my limit was built up tp $400 and the 250 would not even cover the purchase i was trying to make. Needless to say they have lost me as a customer and as once I spoke highly of them i REFUSE to send anyone to this company anymore. No other credit line that I have gives me a timeline of when I have to use it or lose it, forcing me into a hardship especially when in good standing and without notice.
Returned 2 pair of pants for a smaller size with their return ticket on 11/12. The PO received it and it was transferred to a regular carrier that I could not trace. It is 12/1 and I finally got a service rep, couldn't help and went to check with another, gave me credit for the order less freight charges. It was not the persons fault but they are stuck in a disastrous system for a schlock outfit. Am sorry I did not look at ratings before doing business with them. Buyer Beware.
All of the clothes I get from kingsize, from underwear to jackets fit well and are easily returned if not. I did have to return a few items because they were too big but that was my fault. They constantly have sales. Only complaint is they don't really have a lot of urban wear but its my one stop shop for underwear, jeans, t-shirts, polo shirts. Hoodies and jackets. But I wouldn't go to the club or church in any of it.
My original order taker never applied the catalogue discount to the order and charged me full price. Also never sent order confirmation as requested which would have caught this immediately. They refused to do price adjustment so ultimately am sending whole order back. Run from these people... they're customer service people respond like robots... no, no,, no... plain nincompoops
This isn't a review, more like a thanks in advance as I was about to put in a 200 dollar order with a bunch of items I loved. Reading all the reviews changed my mind. Kingsize, apparently you're letting about 97 percent of your customers down. Absolutely disappointing... I'm not even a customer yet and by reading all these negative reviews it was enough to deter me from spending my money with you. Such a shame.
I paid a $128 buck for 2 jogging suits and almost 10 days later they charged my card again 2x in 1 day and I still haven gotten the jogging suits I paid for
I tried to order some overalls for my husband. We received a 50% off & free shipping promotional catalog. I ordered the overalls plus 2 other items & applied the promo code. It came up with the other 2 items with half price & free shipping. The overalls didn't have the discount. I called customer service & was told since it wouldn't be shipped until 12-6, you will be charged the regular price. It's considered out of stock. You had to have your order in by 12-2. So, because they were out of stock on the item, you get screwed. We've ordered from this company many times & never had an issue. The gal was very nice, but never offered anything to keep the sale. That's really bad customer service. Never experienced that before either. Most companies will do something to make you happy. All I was told is you should've read the fine print. Not impressed! Guess we'll find another company to shop with.
I have never dealt with a company that is so slow to do anything. I'm pretty sure I could learn to weave fabric and make my own clothing before I received anything I have ordered from these people. And don't let them give you any nonsense about things taking longer to ship because of COVID because I have recently ordered items from the UK that were shipped, made it through customs, and delivered to me in less than a week. I'm STILL waiting on a jacket after almost 3 weeks and where it ships from is LITERALLY a 3 hour drive from me. Furthermore, and to confirm another review, the quality of what you receive does NOT match the ridiculous price tag. Also, I ordered the same shirt in 3 different colors and all the shirts were different sizes (even though all of them were labeled as the same size). There is an obvious lack of quality control when you can order a particular size multiple times and receive different sized items. Don't settle for this company just because you're a bigger guy. You will regret it.
Ordered a Flannel shirt and assumed from the price ($35+) it was going to be a high quality, thick shirt like I would get from Duluth trading or Cabelas /Pro Bass. What I received was a 'paper thin' shirt that I could have picked up at Wal Mart or Big Lots for about $11! They should be embarrassed that they are trying to pass this off as top shelf attire. AND I did not even get a receipt in my package so I cannot return it if I wished to do so. I usually have policy that I do not purchase certain things without being able to asses the quality / fit. When I get burned like this I am reminded why I have that policy! Guess I am stuck wearing an over priced; tissue thin shirt...

I havent used them in a couple of years since my son is now on his own, but the clothes i did get were great and i never had an issue. I've read about bad shipping, but given the current covid situation i would not be surprised.
Received a black friday 505 off catalog. Tried to place order over phone, spoke with Summer. Wouldn't honor prices in catalog. Said he sale didn't start till Sunday the 9th.? Asked to speak with supervisor, refused. Said his name was John.
Just washed and dried my new full length bath robe, I think there was more lint in the lint trap than in the bath robe, Hope it didn't burn out my clothes drier. I bought it on sale so not returnable. I am expecting a coat to be delivered tomorrow. Don't have very high hopes. Wish I would have looked here first
I ordered a black rain coat on 1 September 2020. I was sent a pair of women's trousers from 'The WomanWithin.' I called the representative, and she corrected the order and asked that I use the return label and return the trousers. I did; however, it was never tracked, as I left it in the mailroom where I work. I do not wish to go to a Post Office during a pandemic. I was subsequently charged for the order, which I never made. I find that absolutely immoral, and am researching its legality in the State of New Jersey. Surely, if I am charged for the merchandise, I can legally charge KingSize for my time that wasted. I shall write to the Better Business Bureau.
We've been ordering FOR YEARS. Their service is slow... it's outdated to me! I purchase online, I don't care to go to the stores. Before Covid I did all my shopping online. I live in a world of Amazon. I will pay for fast shipping and I did, $30 but two days later it's still processing! But at kingsize, I know whatever I order, it will always take weeks. But now I don't care what their excuses are anymore. I can find what I'm looking for from another servicer and still get my items faster. Case in point. I ordered the exact same thing off of amazon on Sunday 10/25 my order, and then I ordered the same thing on Kingsize... GUESS WHATS COMING ON WEDNESDAY!? My amazon order. I'm done with Kingsize. Maybe once they upgrade their service but until then I'll stick with Champion and Nike. Amazon..
THESE SMART ASSED LOWLIFES WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR THEIR OVERSIZED CHINESE JUNK CLOTHES, BUT WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO KEEP YOU FROM RETURNING IT. I WAS PRESENTED WITH TWO ATRICLES OF CLOTHING FOR MY BIRTHDAY THAT WERE PURCHASED FROM THIS SITE. THEY WERE WAY OVERSIZED SO I TRIED TO WASH THEM. IT DID NOT HELP. WHEN I CALLED, THE GEEKS AT KINGSIZE TOLD ME THAT WASHING THE CLOTHES VOIDS ANY POSSIBLE RETURNS AND JUST KEPT CITING "COMPANY POLICY". IT SEEMED FUNNY TO THEM THAT THEY HAD MY MONEY AND I COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVING BASTARDS!
It says if ordered by 4pm eastern time zone it will go out the same day. Thats the 1st lie! I ordered Tuesday night which means it should have went out Wednesday; but the order went out Thurday. I then paid for express shipping and although it gives the disclaimer of blah blah blah COVID they STILL ADVERTISE 3/4 days delivery; which is not true which is the 2nd lie! I have an email stating that express shipping was guarenteed 10/21; guess what no delivery. Call customer service they say express shippping is running 4/7 business days due to COVID. This was a gift for someones birthday who is a truck driver they wont get the gift until they come back off the road for another 15days! Guess better late than never!
