Bought SEVERAL ITEMS FROM THE CHRISTMAS CATALOG. IT WAS A S.A. L. E. CATALOG and everything was 50% off! Received bill and was charged full price Called them to get reminbursement and they said I had to specify the 50% off. It was a $#*!ing 50% off CATALOG! Credit card cut up and will NEVER AGAIN order from You! Been a customer for over 20 YEARS and DONE!
First time ordering, will never order from them again. I ordered two things in the beginning of December for Christmas. One item was cancelled while the other back ordered. It said it would ship by beginning of January. Got an email mid January asking to call or my order would be cancelled? Hoping to see if it actually ships.
I was working on doing my Christmas order around Dec. 8 or 9,2020, and I was buying some polos for my husband that were listed at $4.99 on the website. Once I added the polos to the cart, they appeared in the cart at the price of $9.99. I talked to a customer service rep. Via their online chat and he couldn't help me, so I ended up calling in to customer service to get them to honor the $4.99 price. The customer service rep. On the phone ended up going into my account and placing my order and promised that after my order had been shipped, I would be given a refund of the $20 or so to bring the prices back down to the $4.99. I received the order and lo and behold - full price is on my credit card and not only that, but an additional charge came out of my bank for $2.14 that I have no idea of what it's for! Also - the customer service rep. Had removed the coupon code I had on my account for free shipping and 50% off the highest priced item and I ended up paying for shipping as well! My order, which was around $130 before I called customer service ended up being over $170! I called customer service today, figuring that maybe they had forgot to apply my $20 refund or it was just taking a long time because of the holidays and the customer service rep. Told me that my refund had been denied! They're now claiming that I had a $40 off applied to my order, which is why they didn't honor the $20 refund. I have no knowledge of this $40 off being applied and was not discussed by the original CSR - if anything they applied $40, not took off $40. Also, I was buying my husband 6xl polos and somehow the size in my cart got magically changed to XL. Now instead of doing an even exchange they want me to send back the original while charging me for the new one. I've pretty much had it with this company and their bait and switch tactics. Also - don't sign up for their membership club - they say the first month is free - it's not - and to cancel your membership you can't just do it on their website - you have to call them up and it's a different phone number from the regular customer service who won't/can't cancel your membership!
*****WARNING ***** RIP OFF ***** WARNING ***** DO NOT BUY from this EXTREMELY SKETCHY "company"! They lie like a cop and are the WORST "company" I have EVER ordered from! It has been NOTHING but an unholy NIGHTMARE from the very start! They WOULDN'T change my order 5 DAYS BEFORE it left their warehouse and they did NOT include ANY invoice or return label LIKE THEY CLAIM! This "company" is nothing but a giant rip off. Their slippers "on sale" ended up costing me MORE than if I had gotten them from ANY OTHER STORE. SOMEHOW their $24 slipper ($12 - $16 EVERYWHERE ELSE including online, those were "on sale" too at almost 50% off!) ended up costing me over 3 TIMES what I could and SHOULD have bought them for!

During covid, I had difficulty returning items to them because I was one week beyond their 60 days.
Don't buy from this company. They are heartless and are stealing from a senior citizen who can't drive and had to depend upon someone else to return the items that didn't fit.
I placed an order for two items, when they arrived I received two packages. Being that they were two items, we assumed they were sent separately. I opened them a day before Christmas, to which according to them was just a week past their 60 day return policy, we found out that they had doubled my order. Unfortunately, it was in the middle of the pandemic where our family lost two members and therefor lost track of time. We called to see if they were gracious enough to take back the mistake they made and they told me yes, and told me to return it. 1 month later I got the package back saying they were not going to give me credit and were not going to help me and the person that had approved it, gave me misinformation, even if it was clearly their mistake. So I was stuck with items I did not order and stuck paying for them. Last time I purchase from them. One more thing, their quality is very poor. Don't buy.
These people have NO interest in being polite, courteous, and professional.

They dont stock enough items and always has items on back order. After i receive my items from them I will never ever purchase from this company again. My wife ordered clothing for me the week of December and here it is the second week of January and i have till yet to get my items. Also I tried to change the credit card that we purchased with due to their being fraud on my wife's card and i couldnt even change that. I asked what would happen to the order I waited so long for they said oh it will be reshelfed. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
Quality is passable at best. You get what you pay for. God help you if you need customer service, they done' know what that is. Returns? Good luck!
In this time where people are out of work or their business is slow you decide to institute a sneaky rewards program and charge 15.00 you should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm done shopping here!
Coat tore upon wearing first time. Customer service was rude and wanted us to pay return shipping and said they might refund us if the product arrived within a 60 day purchase window
I ordered 3 items on Jan 6tb and the promised date was for today the 15th and now the date changed to the 22nd! The the hell is going on with these people? 1 star is all they get!
There are a few items I've liked, many I didn't, but I didn't bother to return because the returns are a hassle. The worst thing for me is the promotion policy that only applies to in stock items, and my size seems to always be out of stock for the items I want in the colors I want when they have a sale going on. Also, it would be nice if they could add the Big vs Tall to their filters. That would be very helpful.
Paying the extra money at other establishments for larger men's clothing is worth it. Like they always say, you get what you pay for. Stay away, you'll be very disappointed.
I ordered a pair of ski pants. They did not fit so I filled out the exchange form that was in the package and mailed them back. I called repeatedly. After 2 months of waiting for my refund/exchange I was told I would not be getting a refund or exchange. I requested that my pants be mailed back to me and was told that they were donated.
In being fair this is an update to a previous review with King size. Second attempt to straighten out an order was met with better customer service response. The lady my wife talked to was much more peasant than the guy I dealt with. We had to cancel the previous order and reorder. Hopefully this will be delivered in a better time frame.
I called about an order that was shipped the First of December. This is the 23rd. I understand delays due to covid. I was polite to the customer service rep but he was rude to the point of ridiculousness. Advised me that if I had ordered a more expensive shipping feature I wouldn't have had this problem. For real.? Right. Also told me I could cancel the order and try again. I don't think so. What? Wait another month? I know they do not control the shipping once it is picked up but I do know there should be a better process in place to handle these issues. Being rude to your customers is not one of them. Needless to say I have found another company with much more peasant employees.
My order for a jacket has not arrived in more than one month, they claim "shipped" (maybe from the factory in the interior mof China to the port in China by mule), no human to speak to, no way to cancel and get money back... just on-line BS about "delays" and "shipped" How many more words till I reach 50? There is nothing "low" about my credibility. Order # *******1280.
Ordered Dec 7th. Told I would receive before Xmas. It is now Dec. 30. I have received nothing. Customer service is not helpful. They just say wait and wait some more Can't give money back they say. Say package was in Atlanta on Dec 22 ( we are 20 min from ATL) and its Dec 30 and still not here lol. They must be going bankrupt and sending it thru some mickey mouse cheap mail route.
The shirts are very poor quality, and when trying to return for credit they charge a service fee to $#*! it back to them. Do not buy from them, they are a full fraud company
On 10/23/2020 I ordered two flannels@ buy one, get one free. I also ordered a Champion hoodie and sweat pants@ buy one get second half off. The flannels came right away. Was emailed the hoodie and sweats are on back order. No problem... plenty of time till Christmas. Got an email in early December saying the sweats were on the way, still back order on hoodie. Then received an email stating the hoodie was back ordered until March, then a couple days later was emailed it was no longer available.
Then I got my statement and they charged me almost full price for the sweats. I called to complain and tell them it wasn't right, I ordered in good faith and they were the ones who didn't deliver. She put me on hold again for a total of thirty minutes and came on to say she talked to her supervisor and there was nothing they could do. Well maybe DO NOT ADVERTISE WHAT YOU CAN NOT DELIVER. I feel totally ripped of and will never shop there again. DXS is a whole lot nicer. Google them you will be pleased.
