I placed an order on December 6th. It was supposed to be here on the 13th. Get on being pushed back. Now 3 days before Christmas, my order is lost and they are telling me to call back on the 27th. And then they can rebate me my money. Every operated told me something different. WILL NEVER PLACE AN ORDER AGAIN THROUGH KING SIZE. Feel like they were not very helpful. Thanks for nothing. I ordered 3 items for my husband for Christmas with the extra fee for "express delivery" I got an email stating two out of the three were delivered. What was supposed to be a coat and a watch were two huge bras. KS had no idea where my order was and that I would have to return the bras before they would help me. God only knows where the third item is. They were incredibly rude. A complete sham and I'm out $120.00.

My order was split and when I tried to return the company give me a return label. As I had returned some items already that were shipped earlier. They cannot give you a second shipping label. They told me to pay to return it and they would try to pay me back. I ASKED FOR SUPERVISOR AND SHE REFUSED TO LET ME TALK WITH SUPERVISOR. I will not order from this company and their 9 other associates.

This company is trash. I ordered a christmas sweater for my husband, they sent the wrong item and then refused to process an exchange because I used my paypal account to pay for the sweater. Which is some BS! I go to order a new sweater to have it by Christmas and they want double what I paid the first time and the express shipping is now $30. What a convenient way they use to get more money out of people. He received a pair of pants instead of the sweater. How do you confuse a sweater with a pair of pants? Seems like this was done on purpose!

My mom ordered my brother a coat from this company and spent well over 100.00 she ordered the coat b4 Thanksgiving and called about the coat on Dec13 and was told the coat would be here by Christmas but it was on back order. Then she called this morning and was told that it would not be here till Feb 7 th. This is ridiculous my mom was super upset my brother wanted this jacket and she wanted to give it to him for Christmas. And now a week b4 Christmas and she is told Feb. Now she has got to scramble to find something else for him. Not a good first impression for a first and a last time buyer. I have told her to report it to the better business bureau not sure that she will but this company should not be able to get away with this. This kind of customer service is not acceptable. So now u have lost not only my mom but also me and my brother and anyone else I can advise not to order from this company. Thank u, Amanda

I was given 2 100 dollar electronic gift certificates from my parents for Christmas. They were purchased on November 28th. My mother recieved an email conformation 3 weeks later with shipping information dated to be delivered on December 17th (today). When checked, now it's saying the 21st.
This is an e-certificate. How long does it take for a company to send an email. I'm certainly not getting to order anything this Christmas. Maybe next. I'll keep you updated.

I made an order and the order shipped about a week later. But then for some reason it was shipped BACK to their warehouse before it made it all the way to me. Now my expected delivery date has vanished and I can't get ahold of anyone there to cancel my order or even to see what's going on. Ridiculous. Do not order from them!

I am being billed every month 14.95 for something that KingSize or their bank cannot explain. I called their bank who handles their credit card and they say that there are no charges since March and the balance is zero. You call KingSize and they cannot explain yet it shows on the bank statement as Kingsize FBBKINGSIZE REWARD XXXXX5592 IN. Is this some sort of scam? Maybe someone from kingsize can answer this before I report it as fraud and have to go through the process of canceling my debit card and having to contact all of my automatic payments. It will also be turned over to the state attorney general for investigation.

I send back some stuff in October and November for exchange it's the middle of December and I have not gotten back

My wife and mother-in-law ordered 2 shirts each from your catalog 3 days ago for half price and they were charged FULL PRICE on the credit cards. I called to resolve the matter and could only talk to people in the Phillipines who could not understand what I was talking about nor could they resolve the probllem. I sent an email yesterday to your company requesting to speak with someone from the United States to resolve this problem, but, have not heard from anyone. If I do not hear from anyone today, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and file and complaint and find an Attorney who sues companys who does business like you. You have until close of business today, 12-7-21, to contact me.

First time I purchased a Item it was a belt that took 2 months to get to me, And then this last time I purchased a hoodie for 53 dollars in OCTOBER After I did they said it was out of stock, then it was backordered, then now in December it just happened to get cancelled without me knowing. It was cancelled in November! I have had multiple 1.99 chargers to my bank account and the newest one for 14.95 and I have no idea why. They never returned any of that money or the money that was given back to me for the hoodie I don't have that either. And there is NO WAY to cancel your account I have looked everywhere on the website. Please dont use there website!

Customer Service is the worst I have ever heard of I was yelled at told to shut up refused to let me speak to a supervisor called names treated terribly and told I could not cancel my order 30 minutes after I placed it I will never do business with this company again and hope nobody else does how dare they treat customers the way they do. If I owned a business and someone treated my customers that way I would not tolerate it and as a customer I will not Give my money to A company With such hateful customer service! I only gave one star because there wasn't -12 they don't even deserve the one

I disregarded all the reviews on this website I took advantage of the Black Friday sale ordering three pairs of pants and the fast as possible shipping. It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday. My order was never shipped and I just found out I was refunded the money. It's difficult to find pants in my size so I was happy to find this kingsize.com no correspondence of why my order was shipped no notice that I was going to be refunded money either. I was really looking forward to having pants. I went back and checked and the black Friday's savings that I would've received is the current sticker price for the pants. So no black Friday savings just a huge markup crossed out with the current price that it was on Black Friday.

This company basically stole 50 dollars from my handicap father in law. They refuse to do a return of a pair of shoes that are in PERFECT condition. They keep sending me back the shoes claiming they are damaged and out of return date. Both of which is false. Don't order anything from this corrupt company. They are a disgrace on customer service. Hanging up on you and keeping money that you are owed while sending back the merchandise you asked to return!

I received a catalog three weeks ago my husband saw a track suit that he wanted the origunal price of the track suit was 64 dollars I told my husband wait until Cyber Monday maybe it will be on sale. I logged onto their website and was glad to see 50 percent off everything. When I pulled up the track suit that was 64 dollars original price three weeks ago I was surprised to see they had raised the price to 124 bucks claiming sale price of 64. Which was the original price in the catalog 3 wks ago. A rip off and a dishonest company..

I I tried ordering a coat for 2 days couldn't get ahold of anybody I could understand the price in the catalog did not match what they quoted me it said free shipping and they charge me more for that so after two days I did not order from them please stay away from this company there is something very fishy here possibly a scam

I spent over an hour looking through their catalog for Christmas presents. With inflation the way it is, I am on a tight budget and need to be very careful with what I spend on presents this year. The catalog states 50% off every item in this catalog plus free shipping on orders of $25 or more using a code. I placed the order and received an email with 30% off one item. When I went to check out, I did not receive the 50% of the levis. I later found out they are shipped by third party and do not qualify for the 50% off. Additionally, you can not use the 30% off one item coupon and the free shipping coupon even if your order exceeds $25 with the discount. Times are tough right now make sure you read the fine print on the back cover of the catalog in the lower right hand corner before you spend time researching your items only later to find out you are not getting the discounts you thought you were.

Ordered a jacket, a week later they say it's been backordered. I called and was rudely told multiple times they would not exchange it for another color I had to re-order. They would not give me to a supervisor said they were all in meetings. Also, they would not have a supervisor call me. I am going to cancel my order and go to JC Penny as I will not deal with this type of terrible customer service.
