Ordered a Nikon D5300 and a standard 18-55 zoom lens, but for some reason autofocus didn't work through the viewfinder. RMA process was smooth, still a bummer that I have to wait for another couple of weeks.

Arrived well packaged
After receiving the camera I found that the function buttons were not working. Can't get in the menu to set up camera. The camera itself is in excellent condition but unusable.

I bought a Nikkor 28-300mm f3.5-5.6 in exc+ condition. The lens arrived in a short time, and appears to be in precisely the condition advertised. I have shot some photos using this lens, and all seems well. This is the second purchase I've made from KEH. The first, about 5 years ago, was a Nikkor 70-200mm f2.8. Both of these products were as advertised. The website is easy to navigate, the purchasing procedure is straightforward, plus the shipping is free and quick enough. I have, and will continue to recommend KEH to other photogs.

Got an excellent condition A7C for half off with sale. Didn't come with a box or cable but only 534 shots. Works well and definitely not a grey market camera as the price seemed too good to true. KEH was great all of the way through, no complaints.
Great service but the FedEx guy didn't ask for a signature he just left it on the porch. Even though it said that they were required to ask for a signature.

First time purchasing used gear. I was happy to find the lens was in amazing shape when it arrived and works like a charm.
I bought a used Nikon Df DSLR Camera (it uses the Nikon 'F' lenses) and miscellaneous pieces (matching shoulder strap, hot shoe cover, etc).
KEH rated the camera body as being in 'Excellent' condition; on inspection I'd say that it was essentially in new condition. I haven't found any flaws.
The only 'grumble' I have is that the Df Camera body came already equipped with a body cap (covering the lens opening) and hot shoe cover... and I'd purchased those items separately not knowing they were included. I wish that KEH's product description had included that information as well as the camera body's shutter count - I've checked the shutter count and it is less than 25,000 which means that the shutter assembly should have more than of 100,000 shutter actuations left before needing to be changed (Nikon rates the Df's shutter at 150,000 actuations).
