The lens was as advertised, received it in good condition. I accidently ordered the lens without the hood, when I inquired whether I could buy a replacement hood, the cost of the hood, tax and shipping would have been the same as a new one on Amazon. I wrote to KEH to see if I could get a break on the shipping and was told that the shipping would have been 9.99 and could not be reduced. I purchased the hood from amazon. I was disappointed that we couldn't make a deal.
KEH is always my first stop for used gear. Never been disappointed.
First time getting used equipment from KEH. I bought several vintage Nikkor lenses listed as "ugly" or "as it" to practice disassembly and re-assembly them, not expecting that they will even be usable. To my surprise, the optics of these lenses were better than listed, mostly just dirty or dusty, but no scratches or nicks. A couple only had cosmetic damages and were even immediately usable. Looking forward to making more purchases from KEH in the future.
