Exactly what I was hoping for. It works fine. I'd wanted a good little camera to take with me kayaking and cycling that wasn't too heavy and not too expensive in case I tumbled into the water! For landscapes, it is just as good as my expensive fancy camera.
Although I had a little trouble placing the order due to privacy settings on my computer, my overall experience was fantastic. My order was processed quickly, I stuck with the free shipping expecting to get it on the last day, but was pleasantly surprised to get it 3 days later. What a well oiled machine they are! Now if they could just come track me to get those great photos with my first pro series lens!

I seem to have problems w/ items going into shopping cart, even though i 'delete cookies' as sales rep suggested, still takes me several tries. Also would be nice if site save credit card info so i don't have to re-enter each purchase...otherwise you guys are excellent. I bought a 'bargain' Fuji Xpro-1 which appears only slightly used to me...and i was in the camera business for 20 years...so Bravo!

My experience with KEH was superlative. The reason for the less than perfect rating was a FEDEX screw-up. FEDEX sent me a delivery confirmation when I hadn't received the package. The proof of delivery wasn't signed by anyone we knew.I informed KEH and then lodged a complaint with FEDEX who promised me a call back within 2 hrs. No call came. I called again the next morning & was put through to someone in charge of the investigation. They answered the phone by calling me Mr. Feinberg & seemed less than apologetic when I told them my name was Silverman. At the end of this call, which was at 9 AM she said goodbye by saying have a nice evening. The package did show up that afternoon delivered by a very remorseful driver who explained that he delivered it to the wrong apt. Building. I informed KEH who seemed appreciative for the call. The bottom line is that I got the exact product I wanted, in nealy new condition and at a very affordable price. I will buy from them again and they have earned a new loyal customer.
