The only ordering issue I have encountered with my last two orders is that your website only accepts me placing orders for one or two items at a time. Please fix this. Otherwise, I have a many, many year history of being a very satisfied customer.
KEH is my go to source for photographic gear
Shopping at KEH can be adventuresome in a good way - I've always felt I paid a reasonable price for what I've received, and I often feel I've received an excellent value. If one buys used things can be a mystery since photographs of the actual item are not provided, but in general they seem to grade things conservatively, a good thing for us buyers. I've had occasion to use their customer service twice and found them to be knowledgeable and helpful, with both purchasing advice and issue resolution. The calls were quick, easy, and led to great outcomes both times. A huge strength of the business is their enormous experience and knowledge as demonstrated by the depth and range of their stock and their expertise in grading the used versions. Some of the very latest is available along with great and highly useful vintage things, some of which might still be the best solution to a given need or be the must-have accessory or part to keep or get your set-up perfected. One thing I've learned, though: if you see something you need, don't wait! Great items come and go quickly, and that's another indicator of just how valuable a resource KEH can be.

Would have liked pictures of the camera also highlighted that there were dents in the body. Camera performs great and seems to be accurate it was bargain rated so I didn't expect it to be perfect just would have liked to know about the dents ahead of time. Might have purchased a different camera without the damage. But overall I am happy with the camera and will buy from keh again
