I purchased a Nikon lens that was rated in Like New minus condition. The condition of the lens was as described and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Ordered my Sigma Canon EF Dock on the 26th of December and I got it just a couple days later on the 30th with no troubles.
The Gitzo tripod was in excellent condition and will serve me well for many years to come. I has enough weight to be a very sturdy platform for my wildlife photography. I look forward to doing business with KEH again.
I went to have the part installed in my camera but it didn't fit and wasn't the right part. And now I have spent almost $20 including shipping. I would be wasting my time if I had to return it.
The website is useless when you are trying to keep track of multiple quotes and payouts. Once your item has been "paid out", any record of it on the site ceases to exist. 5 of my packages to them were rejected, and I never received the $20 coupon that each one was supposed to get me. When I called to complain, they had no record of any of the quotes that I completed.

Purchased for granddaughters first camera very happy with it. It arrived in 3 day so very fast shipping considering the holiday season.
Camera was in even better condition than described! Came in a little custom KEH pouch which was a very nice, thoughtful touch. Pouch was even color coordinated to the camera. Shipping was FAST. This was my first purchase from KEH. When I got the camera I checked the data and got a shutter count. Only 300 or so shots had been taken. Basically a new camera for almost 80% off the original new price. Can't beat it. I've already made a second purchase and will be back to shop with them again to supply my photography business. Glad I found these great people!
Packaged well, however I don't recall mention of an impact damage to the front ring of the lens. Otherwise the lens is in pristine shape and working order. I'm not as concerned with the front ring as I think I will be able to hold a rectangle filter in front of the lens without problem. I have not been able to test this area yet, but I think it'll be OK. My main concern was that the lens operates as well as its rating of EX+. And I think it does I'm very pleased with this order and with KEH.
I've waited 6 years to save up to purchase one of the two lenses I wanted for my camera before coming across this site. I was super nervous to purchase a lense sight unseen, but after combing through many reviews and reading over their rating system I decided to take a chance to see if I could save myself some money. I purchased an Excellent rated lens and was impressed beyond relief once it arrived. I received a practically brand new lens for a fraction of the price. KEH will now be my go-to camera equipment company for future purchases.
Merchandise as described, camera is like new. I did think it would have a camera strap with it, but no big deal. This was the very first camera I purchased, but sadly I dropped it and parts were not available to repair through Nikon. I absolutely love this little camera!

Ordered this motor drive to replace my old one that had leaky batteries. I'm back up and running again.
I lost about $150 worth of online puchases, made in November, but which have never arrived.
The only vendor who has responded to my inquiries was B&H photo-video in NYC, and they're contacting their shipper and will get back to me. One other vendor was a camera dealer in Florida who has not responded yet--that is, if the person is going to get back tro me.
I've noticed that KEH packeges have always arrived in a timely way, and that was true of the December 22 purchase, as usual.
