As soon as I opened the packaging I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of the camera until I went to put on a new 24-70mm I bought previously. As I'm taking off the cap I see a lone fingerprint just chilling on the sensor and I let out giggle before grabbing my cleaning supplies to remove it. I guess that's my only complaint—would have been nice if that was cleansed before it was shipped but otherwise 9/10. Also the charging cables were not the original Sony ones so usb streaming at over 720p was not possible with the provided usb-c to usb-a.
I have worked with KEH for years. This time, we had a major problem. I placed an order, paid for it (bank confirmed) and, several days later, KEH "voided" the order, and kept the money. For several weeks, no one could tell me where it was. Then I found one of the items I'd ordered, re-listed, and, as it was rare, bought it again.
THen we deciphered that the order had been voided, though no one could explain why, The check was cashed BEFORE the order was voided!
Unscrambled now. But serious questions.
We received the Canon 90D that we ordered for our grandson, earlier than expected. He was surprised and completely happy with the quality of this gently used camera. Thank you so much!

KEH responded to my order really fast. Even my delivery was one day ahead of the estimated date. But I have to track my shipment through FedEx myself. Why there is no message that tell me the delivery was ready to pick up?
Excellent service. Camera arrived exactly as expected, in like new condition. The battery charger was even still wrapped in its original plastic packaging and camera was in its original box. Very happy with KEH!
This would be a five star review BUT for a missing lens hood.
The camera I ordered exceeded expectations. It was rated EX+ but I couldn't find ANY signs of use. AND the shutter count was around 5150. Almost like getting a brand new camera.
The lens is perfect. Clean, no signs of wear, the glass is spotless, everything about it is exactly as described except the lens hood that was supposed to come with the lens is missing.
Shipping was quick, everything was packed well, and I appreciate the follow-up to make sure I had received the package.
I called customer service and they promised a follow up. With the holidays and all, I am ok with not having heard back yet. If the hood shows up, this is a five star review.

I bought a used lens in excellent quality and it arrived in perfect condition with almost no signs of use. Only complaint was the lens arrived with no front or back lens cap, I would have at least expected a front lens cap but they were cheap and easy to find on amazon
