Like other reviews that I have read, I ordered several items that the website said were in stock. Once I placed the order I receive a confirmation. A couple of days later I receive another email stating that the items are on backorder and it will take 10 to 15 business days to receive them and the email also stated that I could cancel. I called to cancel and was told that the order was cancelled. I also asked for and email confirmation which I never got. I called 2 more times in a span of 4 days only to say the order was cancelled but got the run around about getting an email confirmation. During all this process I find out that after I cancelled the order they ran my credit card through. Today I had to get rude and finally got an email confirmation saying the order had been cancelled. I'm now waiting on them to credit my card with the charges. This was my first experience with them and it will be my last. In today's world its all about being honest and customer service. If you don't have items in stock be honest and state that on the site. Had you been honest I would have had no need to order the items because in reality you never had them. As for as customer service, how hard is it to send a confirmation by email to show the order had been cancelled? Instead you chose for 4 days in a row to give me a BS story about cancelling my order. Never my business ever!

Someone was definitely drunk when they wrote this on the website for KBAuthority.com "At Kitchen & Bath Authority we believe in service with a smile." Their customer service team is definitely not to serve the customers. Everyone we spoke to promised us to resolve the situation and call us back... but the call never came. They would ask to stay on hold and no-one would answer many times. Many of their representatives are just plain rude. After repeated emails, phone calls and voice messages (that were never returned - not even by their supervisors) I was finally able to get hold of their supervisor Jack. After explaining him the situation about a purchase that was back-ordered and we'd asked for refund over the email - he was totally unwilling to help with our situation. As a result an item we purchase for about $2000 I now have to pay $800+ in restocking, refusal and shipping fee. An item that was never opened and never got delivered. An item that on the first placed we'd asked their sales representative (Nick G.) for refund - who never cared to reply back. Its been a "HORRIBLE" experience dealing with everyone in their customer service and sales team.

I just spent $18,000 renovating my kitchen and bathroom with KBAuthority. I had an unbelievable shopping experience with these guys. I spoke to a sales rep. Who literally sat on the phone with me for 3.5 hours, sent 40-50 E-mails back and fourth, and had my questions fulfilled thoroughly and efficiently. The merchandise was going to my summer house in Long Island, NY. The merchandise was shipped OVERNIGHT, AND FREE OF CHARGE! What a score on that one! Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their performance and would definitely recommend this company if you're looking to buy a sink, vanity, toilet, shower door, or all the above like me!
