My husband & I went to the store & talked with a Sales Rep. We set up a time to come out & take measurements of our bathroom, etc. Measurements were taken & I was told they would get back to me in 1-1/2 to 2 weeks. No call. Life happened & two months later I went back to store only to be told that Rep was on vacation & she would leave a message for her to call following week. No call. I have even sent an online message via their website & have still not heard back. Don't want my business? Good, because it will be a cold day in hell before I give it to you now!

Exceptional customer service. Easy on-line ordering. Fast / immediate shipping. I am a general contractor and I ordered a glass shower door and was told it would take a few weeks to arrive, I was not concerned because I had 4 to 5 weeks before I would need it. After a month I called to find out the order status and was told that It had been sitting in the warehouse waiting to ship... ummm okay! They shipped it. I got a call 2 weeks later on a Friday and arranged for the delivery on the following Monday. I made arrangements to be at my customers house to sign. I received a call Monday late afternoon telling me their shipping company had "lost" the shipment. I'm not too sure how a shipping company can make delivery arrangements and not even have the shipment. At this point today (a week later) they tell me they are waiting to hear from the shipper to see if they can give me a refund. This company does not care about it's customers.
