Terrible company, the bathtub and plumbing I ordered was damaged upon delivery, and the second delivery is missing the plumbing parts. 7 weeks and I still don't have what I ordered. Now KBA is blocking communication and refusing to ship the parts. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

KB had the bathroom vanity we were looking for at a great price. The order process was simple and we were able to track the whole thing from order to delivery easily and were kept informed the whole time. The vanity got to us quickly and in great shape.
I have used KB+A to buy plumbing fixtures for years. They deliver quickly, have high quality items and their prices are usually lower than other places I would source product. Customer service is also exceptional and very responsive. Very good experience
Their customer service is horrible, they lie and don't honor the promise on their website! Their website states, "Low Prices Price Match Guarantee." They don't honor that. I purchased a Modway Solana headboard for $271.69. Since their fulfilment and delivery was taking so long and I needed it by a certain time, my Designer started searching other sites. She found it on Wayfair and Walmart for $175.79, which is almost a $100 difference. I contacted KB Authority three separate times only to be given the runaround, them stating they do price match but it's no guarantee (contrary to their website) and they said they would call me back but no one called me back from any of the times I called. I had to call my credit card company, Capital One to dispute the charge and they had me file a price match claim with VISA, which I'm waiting on their decision to match the price. My Designer and I will never shop with them again. I want to spread the word on their dishonest practices.
Shipping was fast and the shower kit arrived with no defects or damage
The product itself is fine. However, it would be helpful if your website clearly stated that you don't ship to PO Boxes. Additionally, contacting customers about changing shipping addresses at 5AM isn't ideal. Please be mindful some of us live in different time zones.
Needed to order a couple of stems for a faucet and Kitchen and Bath Authority had them and shipped quickly at a fair price. Best part was they were a set instead of having to look for individual cold and hot stems
I ordered a simple glass replacement that was supposed to arrive within a week. Instead, I waited over 4 weeks with zero updates, only to be told it would take another 4–5 weeks on top of that! No communication. No apology. Just delay after delay. If I had known it would take this long, I would have gone anywhere else. Completely unacceptable service and a total lack of accountability. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.
Thanks for fast efficient delivery service on a quality product I needed for my remodeling project. I'm very happy with my Grohe kitchen faucet. Almost ready for install in new kitchen.
Item was not fully described and the picture only showed one view. The bathtub had a cut out that I did not see. Also, this was not put in the item description. I would not have purchased the tub had I known.

I ordered an LED mirror medicine cabinet, and it arrived with a broken door. That was over two months ago. Since then, I've been stuck in an exhausting and completely unprofessional loop trying to get a replacement. I was initially told the replacement would ship within 4–6 weeks, but that timeframe has long passed. Each time I call, I'm told the part is "shipping soon" or that they're "waiting to hear back from the factory." I've been promised multiple call-backs that never come. It's become clear that they are either unwilling or unable to resolve the issue. The lack of transparency and accountability is shocking. At this point, I deeply regret not purchasing the cabinet through Home Depot or another reputable retailer. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly caution others against buying from this company. I no longer trust them, and I just want this issue resolved once and for all.
We found the vanity that we liked and were able to easily order it online. We were surprised and happy that the delivery could come so quickly. There was excellent communication throughout the process. The delivery was on time. I was actually amazed at how thoroughly protected it was due to the remarkable level of attention the packaging. We are totally satisfied.

Needed parts for a Toto shower valve that is out of production and KBauthority had it in stock. Received the parts before the due date and all worked out. So glad I ordered from them.

The shipper lost my package the day it was supposed to be delivered. Ultimately they did find it and deliver it, but it was supposed to be here for a graduation celebration, but unfortunately, it did not arrive in time for the celebration.
