Everything went as smooth as silk from ordering two delivery. I had a rather large crate delivered with exposed cardboard surrounding my shower stall. No dings. No problems.
The product arrived on time and in good condition. However, it did not fit.
The return experience was not pleasant. I had to pay $40 to return and then the re-stocking fee on top of that.

Another website selling plumbing pieces. Nothing special. When I received this mail, I had to open it to determine who was KB authority
After placing the order, I received an email letting me know I needed to open the box and check to see that the order was not damaged before signing for the package. I waited to hear from the delivery company but nothing. The next day I was at work and came home to the package on my doorstep. No notification, no emails of delivery, nothing. Thank god everything was in tacked and did not need to send it back. Two days later I received a shipping notification but for someone else's order. Hope that persons order went well.
Purchased this hoping it would match my other faucet and it's perfect. The shipping was faster than I expected, and the customer service was great!

I had a pleasant ordering experience with Kitchen & Bath Authority and got a great price, but with delivery not so much. I live in a condo complex and FedEx not only delivered the kitchen sink to the incorrect unit on a second floor, but to the incorrect building. I had to carry the box down 16 stairs and across the complex to my unit.
I placed my order and it arrived sooner than expected.
Although UPS tried to leave without checking with me, I was able to talk to UPS about the horrible condition of the packaging. Without exaggeration the shower doors were falling out of the bottom of the box as you tried to lift it. I inspected the product and did not find any damage, so I accepted it ignoring the advice from kbauthority that I should refuse and return product if box is at all damaged.
Been looking for a specific shower shelf and KBAuthority seemed to be the only one to have it!
Transaction was simple and delivery was speedy with package arriving ahead of time and undamaged.
