Our shower surround arrived via FedEx in perfect condition. I appreciate the KB Customer service folks who called me when it shipped, and explained to me the importance of signing "pending inspection" when the FedEx driver delivered the item.
It was well-protected on a custom pallet, and each "wall" of the surround was protected in bubble wrap and boxes as well as a wooden frame.
As promised, FedEx called to schedule the delivery, and gave a 4-hour window. Additionally, the driver called prior to arriving at my home. (I missed the call as I was working in the yard, but they delivered anyway, and all worked out perfectly.)
I originally felt as if we were missing a panel since the back wall panel looked too small. However, once the corners were installed, the back wall fit perfectly.

Product delivery was frustrating. I was never contacted by carrier to schedule delivery, and then the day delivered, I was actually home and they just left the box laying up against my garage. No doorbell ring, knock, nothing. Just dropped it off and left, so I was not able to inspect the package before they left. Box was extremely damaged, but luckily Dreamline packages well and the product appears ok.

Please put more images on the website if I had known the tub was covered only ion two sides I would have ordered the tub eith a right-handed drain
First one bought, it came bent and not able to use. Was replaced promply. Just bought three more. Great to deal with. No problems at ALL!
I was really disappointed by the delivery. We were told the box would be placed in the closest dry area to our house. Instead it was placed in the middle of our driveway and my husband was expected to move the heavy box onto our porch. Which was impossible to do on his own so he needed help by a neighbor. Really disappointed by the driver and delivery.

Both toilets I ordered arrived completely shattered. Seats were not included with the rest of my order. I have been working with the Customer Service team to obtain the missing seats and exchange the damaged toilets. More to come.
