I found the cabinet pulls that I absolutely loved on kbauthority.com, but then found out they were discontinued and no longer available. Discontinued items really need to be pulled off the site. I was very, very disappointed as I have these same handles in my master bathroom and wanted them in my hall bathroom. They are really pretty. I found another handle that I eventually ordered, but they are not really what I wanted. The site was easy to work with which is why I give it a 5 star rating. Also, the sales rep that emailed me and told me the cabinet pulls were discontinued was very helpful. His name is Joseph V.

The first shipment of the toilet was cracked so you sent me a second shipment. Unfortunately, that shipment was also cracked. I think that there is not enough padding on the bottom of the box.

Very unresponsive in the return process. After prodding, I finally received the return authorization to ship back at my expense. Had to wait 2 months to get my refund, less a 20% restocking fee. I sent several emails during the time to get an update on when I would get the refund, but those were never returned. No communication at all, until I gave up and did a chargeback, but even then they only talked to the credit card company. Disappointing customer service.
Called to check on order and it was not shipped out until I called the second time. Delivery was to be 5-7 business days, ended up being two weeks. They were very professional and took care of the issue immediately.
Everything arrived on time as promised and we are very happy.
Ordering online was easy and I received my product quickly.
Was not happy about not getting additional coupon savings for email sign up but the price was still good.
Excellent service. Dmitri followed up with me having confirmed availability of the product I wanted with the manufacturer when other vendors said out of stock. Teylar reconfirmed to make sure I was paying and the order was to be delivered to my sister in another city.
Tub arrived on time and is waiting for tile.
