We ordered one for our guest bathroom and liked it so we ordered two more for our master bathroom.
They contacted me to inform me of delivery instructions and everything went smoothly and timely. I was initially hesitant bc of the reviews I read but I didn't experience any customer service or delivery issues. I would definitely recommend using them and they best out all the other companies when I did a price comparison. Mainly bc of the free shipping and no tax.
Quick and easy to order. Delivery on the other hand was I'm not quite as quick and easy. I had to call the delivery people myself to schedule after I didn't receive a call from them as the email said I would. They said they didn't have the correct number for me. Glad I called because I'd still be waiting. The delivery people when I called were kind and courteous. I felt like the email correspondence I got from kb authority was not quite as courteous when I was asking about my order timeline. I guess I'm just use to companies emailing me with an approximate delivery date when I place any order, it seems weird to have no idea when your item may be delivered...1 week, 3 months!?!? Give me an some type of timeline to know when to even just expect a call to schedule my delivery.

I'm a designer and work with many online retailers. When I had to call and check stock they were great. I also had additional questions about the specifications and someone actually called the manufacturer and called me back. In this day and age that's hard to come by with an online retailer.

Yesterday I received the bathroom cabinet which I ordered from the Kitchen & Bath Authority. What I loved most about this product is, it has a mirror included in it. Also, the drawers and cabinets are quite spacious. I really liked the design and color of the cabinet. Will definitely come back for more.

I was unhappy with UPS not showing up on the scheduled day, but they delivered the product on the following day. There are no visible scratches. I cannot determine if the drawers work because we could not fully inspect it.
The one drawer I could test was very tight, but I assume it will become easier with use. The seams on the backsplash are very visible.
It looks like the put a marble facing on cement.
I did not expect them to seem such small pieces. Is it possible to get one without seams on the top and bottom? Over time. The seam will get dirt and become even more noticable.
