I called into customer service and was transferred to the sales team. The rep that helped me was not very nice
Had to pay for additional drop shipping charges because while the product was advertised as "in stock" w/ "free delivery", it was actually out of stock and ended up needing to be shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse at an additional cost.
Delivery was very fast and the price was the best I could find. Shower stall was shipped in 2 parts & one part arrived before I received shipping confirmation. Haven't installed the whole unit yet because we only needed the base for the rough-in plumbing right now.
Got really good quality bath fittings at a very reasonable price from the Kitchen & Bath Authority. The product is great in terms of quality and looks amazing too. Extremely happy with this great deal! I will definitely recommend this site to my friends and family.

Had what I was looking for at the right price.
It emptied my cart and I had to resubmit everything which was a little annoying
My vanity top arrived all broken in pieces. I have summited a request for return and reimbursement of my payment. I require direction on what to do with the broken vanity top. The box is too bad shape to be packaged back up and returned. It is torn nearly in half and one end is completely open. In its condition it will be a danger to anyone that has to carry it during its return.
I marked that I had received my complete order but in its condition, I can not tell if it is all there. I have sent pictures of the boxes arrival and the condition of my item.
I was a little concerned to order such a large item from a place I had never used. The ordering was simple and I called to ask a simple question and they quickly gave me the answer. The delivery person was super nice and gave me time to open and inspect the item before I signed for it.

The shipping delivery man would not let me open the boxes prior to signing but all was well in the end!
I haven't heard the best way to return the shoes, I've only heard have a receive the order.
Please notify me ASAP with instructions on how to return the shoes. The stench that comes when I open the box is beyond bearable and I'm finding a toxic.

Only place to find product
I got all the information from KB Authority about what to do when my order arrived I.e. Signing 'pending inspection' on the delivery slip and/or refusing delivery if the shipping container was damaged. Unfortunately the carrier of the product left it on my porch and it was indeed damaged during transit. I contacted KB customer service and they were prompt and courteous about what to do. It's unfortunate the carrier didn't do what they were supposed to do.
Customer service was extremely helpful and clear with the delivery and receipt of goods instructions.
