Took a little while to get but am satisfied with the shower base I ordered staff was polite when I called with questions

Process was great, I like the extra security layer(confirm purchase via phone) to protect consumers.
Only disappointment is that i never received the FREE Kitchen Accessory i selected during my purchase. I reached out to customer service and i was told it will be shipped out to me but it's been more thank a week now and still haven't received shipping/tracking #.

Renovating a kitchen is stressful, but Kitchen and Bath Authority definitely helped me through the process. The gentleman I spoke to couldn't have been nicer, and everything I ordered was packed perfectly and delivered on time. I would definitely recommend using them!

Great source for the sink i was in search of. Shipped out quickly.

The whole shower set came in perfect condition! Delivery was great - it came quickly for a freight shipped item and we received two calls from the driver confirming his time of arrival. All boxes were in perfect condition.
The shower itself is beautiful. Super impressed with the quality and the great affordability of KBA.

The vanity looked even better than the pictures. It was securely wrapped and arrived intact, not a scratch!

KB+A had the lowest price on the shower base I wanted. Ordering was easy, and delivery was actually early.

The only "negative," KB+A emailed instructions--after delivery had come and gone--not to accept delivery if the packaging was damaged. The timing of the email could have been due to the delivery being early. Fortunately, the packaging and product were fine.
