Great looking and reasonably priced. Easy to follow assembly directions, all parts and materials were first-rate.
I found this online and placed my order. The price was right and the time for shipping and delivery was better than expected, Great experience.
A new Franke Orca Kitchen sink was ordered 3/16/24. The shipment arrived in a box that had been re-tape, but no exterior damage. We open the box immediately and found that the sink that the shipped sink is olds,scratched' and dented. Putty remnants around the drain and glue around the sink rim. Clearly this is a previously use unit. There is an old shipping label to Benchmark Builders, dated Dec.12,2023. I have provided photos and explanation to you. I do not trust ordering a replacement. I have asked for a refund and a pre-paid return shipping label. I am still waiting for a response. Dissatisfied to say the least.
Not a fan. Left with big box, Styrofoam trash, and wood pallet. I tipped the driver to help me get in the house. The product was fine, otherwise.
Delivery was fast and item was as described. This link however was not really fir confirmation of the order, but a review that is forced and difficult to compkete.
KB authority replied very quickly to a damaged product and replaced it so that it did not impact the construction schedule.
I ordered two different model of bathroom vanity. After a week when I received one of my orders, I figured out they closed the order for my other order which was not even picked up from their Wherehouse. I start contacting them and explain the situation and after being on the phone for long time explaining the situation they understand their mistake and then after putting a request with carrier to pick up the item from their Wherehouse. I am still waiting for my order over two weeks now and have not received yet.

I ordered a faucet. It arrived quickly. It was well packaged, but there was a manufacturing flaw in one of the parts. I contacted KB and they gave me instructions for how to return the item and sent a return label.
Had a great experience. The price was the best anywhere and delivery was fast and professional. Showed up right on tim, without a scratch. Thanks!
The toilet bowl arrived to Maine from California in one piece, the box could have been taped more, it was starting to open
I received my sink in great shape, communication with KBA is Great, missing 1 bottle luster oil but they were great on shipping it no problems so far but I have not installed sink just yet
Fast delivery and happy with my sink. It was packaged safely and will be a great addition to my kitchen.
Product arrived as described.
Only issue is that I did not receive my grey and black squeegee as stated.
Everything went smooth and I got my fan a little later than I expected but in the end it was a good purchase and delivery.
I love this faucet. It looks great and works great. I would definitely buy this brand again.
I ordered two Panasonic Bath fans. However, I received the internal components of the fan, as per the description on KB& A's website. The company was kind enough to see that the picture, on their website, could have been misleading, and are processing my order for a return. They have since changed the picture to reflect exactly what someone would be receiving. They have been honest and straightforward throughout this, and I highly recommend this company.
I really appreciate the way KB +A allows the buyer to directly interact with them throughout the buying process. I was able to ask specific questions and they provided adequate answers. And I thank them for that.
I ordered the Kraus 45" kitchen work station sink which was back ordered and unfortunately the lip of the sink was damaged in two places. Called customer service and they sent me another sink in a very timely manner! Their customer service representatives were a pleasure to work with- which is a rarity these days! I love this sink.
