Received item on delivery truck and was smashed to pieces. Never made it off the truck. Put in claim to get a new door sent. My customer is a little upset because they have to wait even longer for a door for their shower. Hope everything goes well this time

This is one star short as their communication regarding delivery times could have been better, as their website states that in-stock items are shipped within one day. Their website showed the items in stock, but it turned out that everything was shipped directly from the manufacturer. A quick chat with their customer service rep gave me a better expectation of their shipping times. Overall, a bookmarked resource for my home remodeling!
