The bathroom sink which I bought from this site turn out be amazing! It was delivered to me before the estimated time and was nicely packed. The look of my kitchen got completely changed after its installation. A big thumbs up to you guys!
At the time I placed my order I received a receipt of pre-authorization. Six days later I sent an email asking for confirmation of shipment. I did not receive a response, and therefore called two days later (on a Friday). I was told that my order would ship within 48 hours. The order shipped the following Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday. I am happy with the price paid for my purchase, but I believe that the customer service and communication regarding estimated arrival time could be improved. Luckily I was not in the middle of a project where I needed the item within a week of ordering.

Very satisfied doing business with them. I had one question about delivery status a few days after order was placed and was worried about customer service issues. No problems there what so ever. They spoke understandable American/English and were helpful.
Just got installed the ROBERN PLM1630B 15-1/4 INCH PL series flat mirrored door in my bathroom. And I am highly impressed with its design, and features. It gives my bathroom medicine cabinet a few extra features without getting too techy. Thank you so much Kitchen & Bath Authority for such a wonderful product!
