The sales dept was very nice to work with as I changed my order after placing it. I havent actually seen the vanity yet, as I am out of town while my house is being renovated, but my contractors advises it arrived without any damage

Very easy to order.
I call in and spoke to a sales representative. They were extremely knowledgable in helping me build my shower. I was provided information for my contracter which was incorrect and they knew enough information to give me proper rough in valves and volume controls to work my shower correctly. My items arrivee into their warehouse in the timeframe they provided.
I couldnt have asked for a better experience
All went well so far. Hopefully when our builder installs our purchase we will continue to be satisfied. It is difficult to say we are happy with our purchase when we must wait for our new home to be completed.

Product good and good price. Shipping delayed because items were non stock (that was expected). Progress updates were a bit sparser than I'd have liked on a $550 order. FedEx played football with the box.
