I highly recommend that you NEVER do any sort of business with Kitchen & Bath Authority. They sell products that they don't even stock without telling you about the 3 week lead time until after your order is process and you are charged. The customer service is terrible and they make no effort to make the customer feel important. They offer no solutions to make up for their lack of transparency and shut down any solutions you come up with. Finally decided to cancel my order two weeks after placing it when I realized it would be another two weeks to receive my order. I was told it would take 72 hours to cancel my order and another 10-12 business days after that to have my money returned. They aren't in a hurry to do anything, I see they truly believe in their name, they are the authoritative power. Please refer to order number *******

I was told it would take 2 or 3 business days and it took over 7. That wasn't a big deal, but I had to reschedule the countertop install. Good price...just plan ahead. :)
