Jusr decided I was going to update my kitchen. I ordered a sink and faucet. I started my Google search, and landed on their site. The reviews wasn't great, but ii decided to give them a shot. I placed my order, and was notifed 2 days later It was out of stock. I then stated to get worried, call customer assistance, spoke with very nice lady name Jen. She reassure me that my items will come in with 2 weeks. She followed up by email 1 1/2 later that my items was in, and she was shipping it, and will provide me with tracking. Guess what arrived today... My faucet, kitchen sink, strainer, and the cheers of KBAuthority. I wanted to leave a review, because i had a great experience, and will always use them.
Product showed up in perfect order and looks beautiful. I just wish it shipped out sooner and I was a little more informed/updated about the status of the order after it was placed. When I didn't get shipping confirmation within one business day of placing the order I started to get nervous I would never see it... But I'm spoiled with Amazon prime and standard 2-day shipping.
When you send an add-on email for an item purchased, if the person spent of the S/Handling amount, I think the handling should be complimentary
I ordered an extra and handle. What is the process for returning the single handle in its original packaging?
