Unclear when the product would be shipped. It ended up taking 2 weeks to arrive, which was longer than expected. The product is great, though, and the price was the lowest we could find.

I ordered a faucet on line. No indication that it was not in stock. 3 days later I get a notice that it is NOT in stock, and won't be available for shipping for 10-14 days. The notice also states that unless I notify them otherwise it will be shipped and I will not be able to return it. First, very difficult to find a number. Then, once I do, the gal says that I will receive an email confirmation. 4 days later I STILL have not received the email confirmation. So, I have now also emailed customer service and advised them that I have a printed a copy for my records as I suspect the order will not get cancelled and I will have to prove to my credit card company that I did notify them in a timely manner. (No response to the emailed contact either).
It was easy to order & product was delivered within a reasonable period of time. I cannot rate the product at this time, because is has not been installed. Am waiting for the plumber to install.
