My delivery was confirmed for a specific date. That day came and went with no shower door and no notice. Then for the next two days later, I got notices saying the item was going to be delivered. No product. Finally, four days later, my box arrived VERY badly damaged.The sides were cut and ripped, the ends were coming apart. Once I opened the box, I discovered that the item was damaged. I have reported it to KBAuthority who have advised me that they are contacting the manufacturer.
I hope the matter is resolved quickly as I have builders ready to install the shower door. So far, the KB reps have been helpful and if the matter is resolved easily and quickly, I will feel better able to return to my earlier, more positive attitude about the company.

I placed 2 different orders some plumbing material that they indicated was available. The first order was notified for a "special order" item so I called and cancelled because I needed it sooner. Then I get a second email with no reference for another "special order." I emailed to ask about it without any response. I called 3 times and kept getting a message that they were closed. Then I sent a second email asking questions about which product they were referencing. Again no response. After a 3rd email finally a response saying it was already order from manufacturer and couldn't be cancelled without a 20% restock fee. I would not buy from them again unless you have all the time in the world to wait and don't care about getting a response.
