Advertised no MDF or Particle Board in vanity construction and come to find most of the vanity is made of MDF. Mfg stated last minute substitution of materials, but price did not change! Offered 10% credit on something that should be 60% less than charged. Not again! Then states only items I identified were MDF but after further examination, doors and sides are all MDF - disgraceful business, liars.

I find it difficult to give even a 1 star review based on the terrible customer service. A bathroom vanity was delivered via a 3rd party shipper. I followed the instructions to fully inspect the item before it left the truck. The inspection revealed a destroyed vanity, likely from being impailed by a forklift. I took a number of pictures of the damaged item and packaging then denied delivery of the item with the driver. I immediately took action to report the damaged item to KB Authority customer service and initiate a return authorization and also requesting a full refund. This happened over 6 months ago on Nov 10,2021 and regardless of numerous attempts to contact KB Authority, they fail to respond. So much for that $2,000.

Awful customer service. Ordered a shower. They took the money out. Assured it would be hereX. After it was already late, I called to inquire. They said it was now on back order and would take about 16 weeks. They refused to help aside from saying I can pay an additional $90 to ship it for the following week or wait the 16 weeks. I had interest accrued for that month they didn't care. They and their third party made the errors and yet didn't do anything to help. Don't use them!

Our corner sink disappeared into the post Covid delivery FedEx abyss. We had waited months to get it. The sink's disappearance stopped our villa kitchen remodel at our Smokey Mountain cabin completely. My wife was beside herself. What a nightmare. That's when I called the KB Authority CEO, Greg. He answered on the first ring. He understood our problem. He gave me Ina's number. Ina is his/their #1 delivery solution provider. She also answered on the first ring. She immediately expedited a new sink that got there two days later. A miracle on many fronts. Not the least of which is these guys care, are available to their customers, and they are competent. A hard to find set of characteristics in this off the rails supply chain disaster we are experiencing on so many products in our country right now.

A+ on service recovery. We are big KB Authority fans now!

Ordered the Bar Tools set and it goes really well in my farmhouse's backyard. The quality is A1 and they even delivered free cushions with it. Highly recommended!

Their website is inaccurate, their customer service representatives attack you verbally when you complain or return something. I ordered a "shower enclosure" - how can a shower enclosure come without a back? They lie to you, and when you refuse/return their goods, they take weeks to give you a partial credit. In my case, I bought an $875 (app) shower, and they only gave me back approx $400 - the rest went to restock and shipping fees. This company is ridiculous! Do not use them as they are very dishonest and hateful people. And do not use Bread financing, because if you do you will still owe Bread even though you have an open dispute with KBA. Be forewarned, these people are not very nice. We bought "shower kit with glass panel door and base", who would have thought the back of the shower is a separate item? First they said they had it in stock, then they said it would be delivered in January, then they said it was coming tomorrow, then it came without a back. Why in heavens name would I install a shower without a back? Or know that if I ordered it now, it would fit or be the right one? What a ripoff.

I searched the web for a couple days before I found the part for an older Price-Pfister faucet at KB Authority. The prices was very reasonable and the pre-order information was invaluable. KB is most highly recommended as a reliable and quick supplier. A++++

Good place to shop around if you don't have the time to shop at a real store. All items arrive at your doorstep in great condition so I find it reassuring to shop at this store even when I can't actually see the item before buying it.

Great styles available for the kitchen sink! Surprised at how much I was able to save compared to getting it from other shops. Love my Kraus kitchen sink! Efficient for daily use.

I have had two orders with this company. The first time I ordered a kitchen faucet with the company which took extremely long to deliver. Later on I had a few issues installing the product and needed a few other pieces so I reached out to the manufacturer for help and the manufacturer said that since KB is not an authorized dealer for them, they would not be providing any support.

My second order with KB involved me reordering the same product from KB that a client bought from KB under the same model number a few months ago. Everything on the product listing is exactly as it was the first time it was ordered, but when I received it the plate was a different dimension than the older plate and would not fit on the old plumbing roughing already installed. I thought this must have been a mistake. But no. That is how KB operates, by selling misleading products and offering no customer support to resolve the issue. In the end, they charged me $200 to return the shower trim after I had spent a good amount of my time literally fighting with them.

Horrible people and place of business.

There are much better retailers out there for plumbing fixtures. They also hide the horrible reviews written about them so far. A few weeks ago you could see the horrible reviews about them on Google. Currently, they no longer have a Google profile with the reviews.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I purchased a kitchen faucet from them. The faucet was beautiful but it was too big for my small kitchen sink. The return process was a nightmare. It took 60 days to receive the refund to my credit card. You have to contact them for a return form, submit the form, wait for an OK to return, pay for return shipping and then pay a restocking fee. Their customer service was extremely rude. The faucet was returned in the original box without any damage to the packaging or pieces to the faucet. I paid $227.17 for the faucet and was refunded $173.89 plus paid $55.18 for return shipping. I would not purchase from this company again. They could take some lessons from Amazon both for business practice and customer service.

When I was remodelling my home, my original supplier couldn't deliver the products that I wanted. I called KBAuthority and they helped me get the items that my supplier can't deliver. They even made a few calls to get the items that weren't in stock.

Descriptions for each product is accurate so it makes shopping a breeze. They even gave out additional discounts for my purchase.

This company is run like a scam. They first advertise a product online, then they take your money and when you don't recieve the product or the product is not what you ordered, good luck getting your money back.

I ordered the same trim twice from them. The trim was different both times and they told me it's the product I ordered. Don't know how you can sell the two different products under the same product online.

Packaging was very nice and the shower door arrived safely at my doorstep.

The item I ordered was left at the end of my quarter mile driveway without my knowledge. They are refusing to assist in any way stating it was the carrier. I cannot move it myself and they will not allow me to refuse acceptance stating it was already left, so I have to take it. No, I don't.

Trust me! You will love this online shop.
