I saw a shower door in their website but it was marked as sold out. I called in to make an order and they happily accommodated my request. My shower door arrived earlier than expected! 5/5 for their service.

The manufacturer has offered us a onetime courtesy of drop shipping this order directly to our customer, however, there is an additional upcharge of $65.00.

The drop shipment would occur in approximately 10-14 business days should you decide to pay the additional amount.
Drop shipping is when the item ships direct from the manufacturer to you.
Not only is this unethical, why would they charge me more because they (the middle man) got cut out.
Bad business and a very bad company.

I bought a Vinnova shower door from their website and it was delivered within a week without any damages from transit.

Here is my lovely bathtub from KBAuthority. I got it at a discount and I can say it was worth every penny.

Bot 4 vanities from KB Authority. Unfortunately 3 of them were only 32" high (Standard height is 36"). When I informed KB Authority that the 3 vanities were useless and way too short, they agreed to take back 2 of them but I would be required to pay shipping back. Then they decided to keep 20% of my return as a restocking fee... outrageous! Especially since they only agreed to take back two out of three vanities. One note... vanities were still on their original pallets and in their original boxes. We are remodeling our entire home and this transaction is by far the WORST case of ripping someone off that we have ever experienced. P.S. The vanities were manufactured by James Martin... they should be ashamed of themselves for selling vanities well below normal height without making it very obvious. Just wanted to warn anyone considering ordering from KB Authority or James Martin.

Delivery took longer than expected but it might be due to the bad weather in my area. The quality of their products made up of for the little delay in delivery!

Wow! I must say that my new bathroom organizers are A+! I am now ordering more bathroom accessories from them.

I moved into my new home a couple of months ago but my kitchen still looks bare. I wanted my kitchen to have a rustic look and I chanced upon KBAuthority while shopping online. Great choice on my part since almost everything I need is in their website.

KB Authority is NOT authorized to sell most of their listed products. DO NOT buy from this place or your warranty will not be valid. This is why so many people have problems with returns. They cant return the product to the manufacture because they werent authorized to sell the product. LINKASINK will not sell to this company, they are not authorized to sell our products, they sneak around and place orders from other showrooms trying to get products. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headaches this place will cause you and the loss of your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

After 8 months of waiting for the delivery of my bathroom vanity, I finally cancelled my order. K&B said that they could not refund my credit card, but would send me a check. 7 weeks later & numerous phone calls & emails, I have still not received the check. I am out over $1000! Don't buy from this company!

I ordered a toilet. It was delivered broken. Customer services claims I should have inspected it in the first few days. They were unhelpful and dismissive. Buyer beware!

It's been 5 weeks since I paid for shower doors, however website states will ship 24-48 hours and 20 in stock this was not true. Several emails without response requesting status of the shower doors. Several calls made for inquiry's. Once the item shipped (week 4) I was missing a 1/3 of my order, only received glass. I then received screws in the mail after explaining I was missing box 3, the entire hardware ensemble (frame, rollers, towel bars etc. I had to place several calls and reached out to manufacturer directly to see what the issue is and why still missing my third box, I called on a Tuesday 5 days after receiving partial order which manufacturer and retailer was aware items missing. I was assured items would ship next day. It's Friday, no tracking number, no items, only to have another weekend pass and no complete shower door over a month later. I was told manufacturer is doing best they can. I have wasted an exuberant amount of time on this matter with issues both with Basco. Shipping company and KB authority trying to track down the third box from first delivery. I received someone else order and notified all involved (box box store and shipper) someone else's order was sent to our house which they were quick to pick up but not to fix my issue. This entire experience has been unpleasant leaving me without an operational shower for 5 + weeks and none of the players have been willing to make this right.

Ottoman we ordered from here is a perfect couch to add to my studio. Quite lightweight and easy to carry. 5 stars for the quality as well.

Great customer service. Kept me informed about order status until delivery! Besides this, I wanna drop 5 stars for double sink vanity. Just perfect for a spacious bathroom.

I purchased a number of bathroom items from KB Authority. Half of the items were lost in shipping. After months of chasing them down, they confirmed that they items were lost but refused to fulfill the missing items unless I purchased them a second time. Check the BBB rating of this company to get a true sense for their level of service.

All the items that I bought for my newly renovated kitchen were top-notch in quality. Couldn't find a single point to complain about.
