The Brookfield 20.5 Inch Linen Cabinet is worth the buy! The hand carvings add to its aesthetic and make it even elegant. A Lil high-end for the price but overall, I am impressed with it.

Got the medium flower vase delivered yesterday morning. The crotons I planted look perfect in them and adds an attractive look to my wooden deck.

Placing the order was so easy! I got my double bowl kitchen sink installed a week ago, and it seems a good product. No scratches are around even though I often use the hard side of the sponge for dishwashing. I think I would have invested in a stainless steel sink long before.

Item came damaged. Had a terrible time trying to return item. When they finally picked up the damaged vanity i was promised full refund. Still 3 Months later no refund... I call weekly and customer service promises the credit will be refunded today. Still nothing. This has been the worst company i have ever dealt with. We are building a new home and have had to order everything online, and this is by far the worst company yet. Terrible customer service. Don't buy from them...

I ordered a sink on January 9th. I only ordered from this company because it said shipping was in a week. It is now February 5th, and Kitchen and Bath Authority has YET to ship my sink. They say it's on backorder, which is fine, but that should've been stated before I placed a $500 order for a sink. They took my money immediately, and I have yet to receive a product. This is putting my kitchen remodel behind SIGNIFICANTLY! Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a product.

I purchased an item for my new Blaze BBQ. Per the specs, it should have fit - it did not. I contacted K&BAuthority to return the item to find that there is a 20% restocking fee after a $50 dollar in shipping costs to return the item. I lost $90 dollars on a transaction that was not my fault given the specs on their website. Also, the red tape to procure an RA number is unbelievable. I do not recommend using this company.

I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Despite having a policy that requires them to disclose to the customer anytime a product has a "living finish", I was sold an $1800 kitchen faucet that has a "living finish" and was never told. They used the excuse that the manufacturer's website did not properly describe it, so it was not KB Authority's fault. I didn't buy the product from the manufacturer, I bought from KB Authority. They should take responsibility for their own website and the incorrect information it contains. DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered a Toto toilet from kbauthority.com based on the photograph and description on their website. The photograph on the website did not show a Washlet seat nor did it mention that a Washlet seat was REQUIRED in order to use the toilet. I did not want a toilet with that "feature" and had not included the required seat in my order nor at the time of my order did I receive any message that I had to also order the special seat. When it arrived, the plumber I hired to install it noticed the toilet I ordered required a Washlet seat. kbauthority.com however will not accept ANY responsibility for the incorrect or misleading photograph or incomplete description and tried to pass that responsibility to the manufacturer. However the manufacturer's website has an accurate photograph and a description that notes a Washlet seat is REQUIRED. kbauthority.com approved a return at my shipping expense ($325) plus a 15%-20% restocking fee of $100-$120. LESSONS LEARNED: (1) Do NOT rely on retailer's website. Check manufacturer's web site for pictures and descriptions (2) Check retailer's BBB rating and experience of others (3) Carefully read return policy including restock fees and you can decide if that represents 'hassle free returns'. A restocking fee + shipping for a large 100 pound shipping box means the item is essentially nonreturnable even if you as the customer relied on their misleading website photograph and description.

I purchased a $4500 dollar Jason tub from KBA. Turns out your ordering from a middle man company. They subcontracted it out to another company in NC who then ordered it from Jason International. When I finally got my order it came without the $60.00 overflow cover I ordered and the Grab Handle I wanted. KBA refunded the Grab Handle but have not even acknowledged my request to refund my $60. If you want an expensive item like this buy it locally. Avoid the hassle of dealing with a middle man in another state that you cannot communicate with.
