This my first time so very limited experience, so far so good.
The experience with the courier, Direct Freight, was abysmal. Left my package with $450 worth of components out in the open. No text, no call, not even email that it was left there. I was lucky some neighbor let me know about it, otherwise, it may have been stolen.
Fast delivery. Placed an order and i received the item within few days. Item was well packed.
Ordering and delivery was good but the spam of emails afterwards, including this survey, was extremely annoying. Leave it alone lads.

Great experience other than the use of Australia Post for delivery.
Order was shipped within 14 hours of purchase and was received a week later, from east to west coast. Item arrived well packaged with bubble wrap around edges but not on the centre? No idea why but it wasn't damaged, and that's a good thing. Haven't tested product yet since I'm waiting on other components so I can't rate this specific item but delivery and packaging experience is overall very good.
