JW were responsive until I was sent an invalid tracking number then they ghosted me. The product arrived promptly and in perfect condition, I just couldn't track it.
After days of online searching for a new Laptop to purchase, JW had the best deal that suited my needs perfectly!

Timeline:
- Ordered PC on 6th January.
- Called jw on the 14th January and was advised that the pc is in testing phase and will be ready on the next days.
- Called again on the 17th January and I was surprised when they told me that all parts arrived and they are ready for building. What happened to testing already?
- I went to the store to personally talk to the employee but same result pc not ready yet.
And then I get an email asking for a review?

Great online store for your tech needs. Shipping was fast and items arrived safe in perfect condition with no damage to them which can be a concern when having them delivered especially when you spend a lot of money. Very efficient and would give JW my business again.
Experience with JW computers was good. Item was process and posted in a short period. Aus Post had issues with delivery and sent to the wrong location so took over a week longer to arrive. However this is not JW's fault. The parcel was tracked so I could follow the progress.
Everything went fine. Just wish I had been notified that the products would come in 2 seperate packages. Was worried something was lost in transit in the several days between package 1 and 2 arriving
