Hi Ben,
The items you purchased were tested and detected in a few of our test machine PC's straight away, and no faults were found with any of the 3 products you had claimed as DOA (dead on arrival).
As the items were open and confirmed to be working as per normal, we had to charge a restocking fee as these items were no longer considered brand new - resulting in a loss for us.
We understand and can appreciate your frustration on your end with this.
