All went perfectly well from finding product to delivery. No issues at all and quickly as possible.
Shipping times were not transparent. I ordered with express delivery but it took over a week to dispatch the items. This was problematic as I did not foresee waiting 2 weeks for these parts.

First time shopping and a good discount sold me on the product.
1. Initially, I was pleased with the shopping experience as the website is well-constructed; delivery was faster than anticipated and the AIO packaged well.
2. The keyboard supplied with the AIO did not work therefore I contacted JW Computers technical support; the technician was helpful although ultimately unable to assist so instructed me to return the keyboard for warranty. In the meantime, I purchased a keyboard so that I could setup the computer, (even the virtual keyboard could not be accessed probably due to onboard setting).
3. As instructed, I emailed all the information to start the warranty process and then, received instructions to re-type all the information again into a warranty weblink.
4. Rather than receiving a return label for the dysfunctional keyboard, I received a curt email from JW Computers requesting confirmation that the keyboard wasn't working at all.
5. I finally received the return label for the dysfunctional keyboard.
6. After another few days, I was asked to return the mouse, which had been supplied with the AIO, which meant I was back to the original dilemma of not being able to operate the pc easily.
7. I finally received a replacement keyboard and mouse one month after delivery of the AIO.
JW had ethernet cables in hard to find lengths, and fast shipping. Very happy
The website is easy to navigate. Shipping was quick. I liked that you guys sent so many emails updating me on the status of my order.
